Hero v2 They put the whole choice part of choices out and have it as a full written story it wasn’t the character I made in the previous book it was someone else’s our choices should shape the story not just have a cartoon that was written by someone else if that’s what i wanted I would go on to Netflix or something not play a game called choices

Bring back the glory days I downloaded this app in 2017 and started with Life Hacks which was an amazing series. It had emotional depth, a bit of romance, and a lot of comedy but most importantly, I felt connected to them. I became obsessed and immediately paid for VIP and these stories got me through the pandemic. I was hooked. Fast forward to the last few years and I found myself canceling VIP because the new stories are absolute garbage. Gone are the days where I used to wait for the clock to countdown to 0 on the weekly chapter releases. I can’t remember the last time I enjoyed a new book. These stories used to have heart and depth and interesting character development. Now it’s all smutty trash thrown together like spaghetti thrown at a wall. Shorter chapters, more expensive diamond choices with less chances to save up, and the same plot lines over and over again. I only have the app now for the nostalgia of what used to be. Please PLEASE listen to your readers and fix it before it’s too late.

Just… Disappointing I have loved this app for years, but it’s just gone so far downhill lately. My last straw was when they fired their good writers and cancelled their latest projects that were in progress. Scream For Me in particular was one of the best, most exciting stories they’ve put forth in years, and they just straight up axed it with a trash cliffhanger on episode 5. So disrespectful to their fans and paying customers. I’ve been a VIP for years, but with this kind of behavior and the general lack of quality in recent releases, I can’t justify paying $14.99 a month for this content anymore.

Choices lost its spark… Just as the title says. I’ve been a player since 2018 but I had to end my subscription last week. I know longer have the choice to romance who I want, the characters are hypersexual too early, the AI detailing to the characters is scary looking, etc. I’ve made peace with deleting the app and loosing all my diamonds. Hopefully Choices goes back to what it used to be, but unfortunately I won’t be around to see it though.

From the beginning I just wanted to say, I downloaded this game the very first day it appeared in the app store. I’ve been a loyal follower for years even when it had the old team on it. It’s had its ups and downs and many users are divided but I still am here reading and supporting by being a VIP. Whatever changes you all make or don’t make I’ll continue to still support. Don’t let all the negative vibes get you down. Keep going, keep making interesting stories and thanks for being here.

AI SLOP!! WARNING!! I have played this game for years and it is no longer even close to what it used to be. The use of generative AI for the new stories and art has destroyed the integrity and enjoyment of this app. The story lines are flat and the art is borderline copyrighted (look at the new “Hero” AI slop that Pixelberry was forced to delete because it was basically an AI-generated Captain Marvel). This game has completely lost its soul. It is no longer captivating or witty. I’m horribly disappointed in Pixelberry for these changes and for firing your talented writers and artists. They will likely respond to this review with a link that “explains their recent decisions”. Well, I have read that, and I am here to tell you that AI is not at all improving the gameplay, despite what the blogpost says. We don’t need stories “faster”. We need them created with the same love and care they always have been. Your users can tell. You say your “team of real people” are the ones training the AI. If that is so, where is the dang quality check?? Why are there so many flaws when it used to be near flawless?? Disgusting. Useless. Horribly disappointed.

Male characters I’ve been playing choices for about 6 years now and I’m yet to see a better one. You guys are the best. My complaint Is this, you need to work on the Male characters. Especially the main male characters, they are not as handsome as they used to be in old stories. Now when I want to play and I see the male characters I just lost interest in the story it self. Also please reduce requirements for diamond. Diamond is requested even for minor thing like going out with friends and the diamonds required to acquire an outfit is outrageous.
