Can't say I expected to enjoy this as much as I did. It's not groundbreaking or unique, but its a darn good classic experience. CTHCC is about a girl who has decided to create a comedy club at her school, but she needs to recruit members before the deadline. The six potential recruits are usual fare for anime/VN but are likeable enough. They each have unique personalities and a personal storyline that I was excited to follow up with. Mechanically, its basic time management along the lines of a dating sim or the slice-of-life part of persona. Take one morning action, one afternoon action and one evening action each day. Ultimately, you'll need to balance building your skills and building your friendships to hit the deadline. The only really unique point that stood out for me is that, unlke most of this genre, it lasts less than 2 months. It knows that it's not deep and it doesn't outstay its welcome. It took me 3 hours to complete a full run, winning with 3 days to spare. I didn't expect a bad game when I started to play CTHCC but also didn't expect to sit here for 3 hours and to have enjoyed every minute of it. This is a great slice-of-life game for a casual experience.

This is the original game. It was fun. It was easy to manage time for the characters. Don't bother buying the spin-off "Cherry Tree HIgh!! My Girls!" It's not worth your money as there is no gameplay.
The joke is on us.

If you like Visual Novels, sure.
I am not the target for this game, but if you like cutesy slice of life anime, you may find it endearing. It's a very simple game where you try to recruit people into your newly opened comedy high school club, has magazine based EPG-skill system similar to fallout. I did not explore much of the game tbh, but it's a visual novel style game with what seems to be little gameplay.
Um ótimo visual-novel, bastante divertido e carismático! Possuí mecânicas de relacionamento bem interessantes. Diálogos divertidos. Músicas e arte legais.
