Very NIce and enjoyfull Indie Game! Seems simple but required aim, patient and skills to complete! Nice artwork and character design! Really good idea the possible to destroy the wall to gain aim spot or passage at cost of score!

PROS The game is really cool! It brings you back in the good old '90s. "Alien"'s atmosphere is creeping all around you, with the pulp of the aliens of course :D The learning curve used to be pretty steep, but it has been fixed and the game is enjoyable now. Each character has its own weapons and skills, and it's very important to test them and pick the best one depending on the aliens you are facing. Freeze modality can save you a lot of time while trying to complete the game. Soundtrack is amazing :D Game dev seems a nice guy, he has fixed immediately some minor bugs I reported. I would give it a try if you like this kind of game. It is definetely fun to play, with lots of tricks and "oh ♥♥♥♥" situations. CONS I am still waiting for my bitcoins :D

Gioco che strizza l'occhio ai vecchi classici di una volta delle vecchi home computer tipo commodore e amiga. Grafica pixellosa e ben fatta. Avete a disposizione 6 eroi ognuno con i suoi punti di forza e debolezze. Ogni eroe ha una sua tipologia di sparo molto diversa dai suoi compagni che a seconda del livello può essere di aiuto o meno. Ogni eroe ha inoltre un'abilità unica che può usare per fronteggiare le diverse creature. Lo scopo del gioco è ripulire i diversi livelli dagli alieni senza però danneggiare troppo la nave. Se la rendete un colabrodo avrete perso. Consigliato a tutti gli amanti di questi giochi un po' retrò con meccaniche molto attuali. Approvato!

This is a one-man project, which is impressive in and of itself. It has a demo that is very representative of the main game, so give it a try. It's basically a 2D action platformer... with a twist: the walls, floors and ceilings are destructible, but breaking them is a bad thing. Break a few and you lose money; destroy enough or breach a ship's hull and the whole thing starts falling apart, giving you a limited amount of time to run for the teleporter or die. There's not a lot to the game - in a single run I saw the same ship layouts repeat many times over. But there's lots of different enemy types and your six exterminators all play very differently. Picking the right one can greatly help against a certain foe... if they're still alive. The game's roguelike nature means that if you lose a character, they're gone for good. It's worth one full play, and the asking price is reasonable, especially on sale. It's light, it's small, but most importantly, it's pretty fun for the amount of time it engages you.

Great games with an incredible "80's vibe". If you like shooters and platform, this is the game for you. With a learning curve pretty steep and a well studied level design , Chaos Brigade is a nice fresh breeze among shooters. Each one of the six heroes is well balanced with a unique playstile. Chaos Brigade ti porta ai primi coin up degli anni 80, stessa grafica, musiche e atmosfere che andavano per la maggiore in quegli anni. In generale il gioco è difficile il giusto, e trovo alquanto brillante l'idea di avere un team di eroi da usare per i vari livelli. Ogni eroe ha caratteristiche attacco difesa resistenza diverse, ognuno dotato di una abilità speciale e arma differente. Originale anche l'idea che i colpi andati a vuoto vanno a danneggiare la struttura della nave in cui si agisce, fino alla sua distruzione. In definitiva consigliabile agli amanti del classico arcade anni 80.

7/10: the game is very straightforward in what the scope is, killing evrything more and more. In this sense, it is a very simple and retro experience. Much is left to the player to discover, like how each exterminator works and how the “save” system works. Basically you have only one save and each time you have to decide if you want to try and improve it by reaching a more advanced stage or if you want to restart from your save and try to beat the game (which seems very hard to accomplish!). Overall it is a nice game at a very low price given the content in it.
