About
You feel an inexplicable power call to you, find the source.
Each run is different from the last, featuring random-gen levels, artifacts, and pseudo-random weapons. Play through four biomes, fight relentless enemies and bosses who strategically fight to destroy you.
So don't forget to burn, slow, knife, bleed, freeze, laser, and explode enemies, to get the upper hand.
Artifacts are stackable items that give you permanent bonuses for your run. Collect them by opening chests, killing bosses, spending coins, and your own health. Finding synergies between artifacts, character abilities, and weapons, is necessary to win.
Weapon stats vary based on rarity. Higher rarities can result in more extreme variations.
Polished gameplay with responsive controls
Quick runs, strategic decisions
Memorable bosses, enemies, and elite enemy modifiers
46 artifacts with powerful effects and potential drawbacks
26 weapons with countless combinations
Partial controller support (I currently recommend mouse & keyboard)
Optional auto-aim (default key: TAB) for accessibility

Roguelite with decent gameplay, but nothing that would make it stand out from the rest. The game is played with a keyboard and mouse. You can move around, dash, and fire with the left mouse button while melee attacking with the right. The gameplay is very similar to other roguelite shooters. You progress through short stages, where you must defeat all enemies to unlock the gateway to the next stage. There are four biomes, each culminating in a boss battle. Although stages are random, biomes have a predetermined order. There are also four characters. Each comes with a special attack and a passive perk. Only one is available at the start, and the others must be discovered while playing the game. There is one in each biome. Weapons require ammo, therefore you must be careful about shooting all over the place. Enemies drop health packs and money, which can be used in a couple of spots. The first is the shop appears after two stages. It sells ammo and two random weapons that are generally superior to your starter gun. Coins can also be used to unlock special boxes, which include the standard bonuses like faster reloading and extra ammo in the clip. Most can be found at random, but some must be unlocked by completing a particular objective. This can be seen in the collection menu, where you may view all discovered perks.
Plays like an indie mix of game mechanics from Hotline Miami (frenetic pacing), Nuclear Throne (perspective and art style inspiration), and Enter the Gungeon (items and synergies). It's pretty challenging; I have only made it to the 2nd world so far. However, I could see jumping into this game every now and then to kill some time.
