Chamber of the Sci-Mutant Priestess is an adventure game that stands out with its odd, sci-fi world and strange sense of humor. Originally released in 1989, it has a unique story where you play as Raven, a mutant captured by the Protozorqs on a strange, dystopian planet. Your main goal is to navigate the “Chamber” and complete various trials to save your friend and escape. The game feels different from most point-and-click adventures due to its surreal atmosphere and icon-based interface, which was pretty innovative at the time. The gameplay isn’t straightforward; instead, it’s more about figuring out quirky challenges and absorbing the game's offbeat world. Some puzzles might feel cryptic or counterintuitive, but they fit the setting, and the slightly absurd humor adds to its charm. Visually, Chamber of the Sci-Mutant Priestess uses bold, pixelated graphics that set a memorable tone, which was both distinctive and ambitious for its era. It’s a game that retro adventure fans might enjoy for its uniqueness. While it might feel outdated in some mechanics and controls, its distinct style and oddball approach make it worth trying if you’re into classic adventure games and don't mind a bit of weirdness along the way.
Perhaps a lifetime ago it was decent for what it was because of lack of better options, but I wouldn't say it's worth checking out nowadays (as a newcomer that is). Maybe if you're a fan of old-style Point & Click games it might be up your alley, but I'm not and I wouldn't recommend it to people like me.
By far one of the weirdest games I have ever played.
Maybe it's because I don't love point and clicks, maybe it's a lack of nostalgia for the game and its siblings, but this game drops you in with little to no help, and isn't very fun. Maybe for 99 cents, but not $6.99.

Çıkış yaptığı döneme göre iyi seviyelerde fakat fazlasıyla göz yoran grafiklere sahip. Eğer bulmaca türü oyunları seviyorsanız denemenizi tavsiye ederim.
https://youtu.be/ExUTCxYDZ3M Dropped immediately into a cold open, the 30+ year old game feels painfully obtuse. Players can easily be caught in no win states without knowing for far too long.
For me, it's one of those point-and-click games that's kind of fun to explore, where you can try all kinds of solutions to progress, but it's clearly impossible to beat. I know for sure that I never did, and I'm not sure that I'm ready to complete the task so many years later. It's too bad they didn't include the Amiga or Atari versions of the game, as the DOS version is not the best. Still, it's good to have it in the digital library.
1989년 도스시절 게임.. 끝 은근할만함
