Interesting game, I like the idea of it and it's actually fun but controlling the cat is a little wonky especially trying to climb out of a window. The mini games are fun. There's a lot of long distance walking tho which isn't fun. I got to a point where the quests weren't working for me. I'd get to the spot and nothing was there. Stay away from the cracks in the land, it's a pain to get out. I think the game will be great when it is finished.
The game is extremely janky. You will randomly clip through objects, fall off high things, get killed by venomous snakes, and not finish reading the next quest before it disappears. But there is something interesting to it. I wandered around the island for half an hour and found a bunch of little hidey holes and things worth discovering. I wish the combat was better and the quests were not super tiny in the corner. https://youtu.be/zKUK5it4DGE
not worth 8 dollars. controls suck and other cats keep attacking me for no reason. i had to kill a kitten because it wouldnt stop hitting me and i cried.
Original and fun, worth it. Cat control and fight mechanics are good, especially climb everything possibility, which gives a new dimension to the open world. Map is big enough, natural environment and effects are quite nice, exploration is interesting. The story line is quite short, but you can deal with some other challenges before complete the game. Nice game !
This game has a game breaking glitch where if you go up to the inner corner of an object you can clip through it. There's also a bug where the bridge dog clips through the bridge and gets stuck on the ocean floor. Also trees don't have any collision. :(
This game has potential but it is not ready, even for early access it is just too rough. If you are coming to this after playing Stray, you will be disappointed. The mechanics of movement are all wrong and all the glitches make this almost unplayable. I'll keep an eye on the updates and see how it develops but, for now, it's a no for me.
I'm recommeding this game as it was fun to try it out, even in early access. It's like playing Skyrim as a cat. There is a huge world to explore, you can level up and fight enemies etc. There is a journal with your open and finished quests, very similar to any other rpg. That comes in handy as the text with the next objective would disappear too quickly. What I found annoying though was that you can't just take a quick sip when you are swimming. You would always have to swim to a shore to drink which doesn't make any sense. The climbing mechanic is actually really fun as she can climb on literally anything and is quite the superhero cat. I love the concept and will defenitely play more in the future and watch for updates.
You play a vampire cat who must suck the blood from every creature you kill in order to regain health. As a vampire cat, your primary quests will be to slay and devour other animals that are living creatures. You also can look for collectible glowing spheres AKA Exploration markers. These can be incredibly well hidden. There are 6 minigames that either involve platforming or maze exploration. They are extremely challenging to complete.
It has potential, but the controls are nearly impossible to work with. You can customize the actions to whatever keys you prefer, but you can only walk forward or backwards (no turning left or right) and move the camera around in order to navigate, which makes combat and hunting very hard. Jumping is out of control, you can only jump super far, and cant jump on anything if youre closer than about ten cat lengths or you just jump over it entirely. Graphics are cute, the story/gameplay is meh. If this were free I would've recommended it.
