Castle Clicker is a more strategy focused clicking game that required you to think about how to manage your resources and build your city. If you're looking for a more in depth but still casual clicking game, this is for you!

Too much bugs, game is not playable on Steam. No tuturial what to do.
Too boring for me Like almost all mobile games...
Castle Clicker is an interesting game that has more depth than most clickers. It transforms into an idler after a while, and lets you build, send ships to various locations, mine and refine, research, and more. The game is good at teaching you how to do everything you need to, but leaves you a lot of room to explore. After 600ish hours, spent mostly idling, and clicking to do stuff every so often, I can comfortably say that it's not a tedious or boring game like many of the negative reviews indicate. At least, that has been my experience over those 600 hours! If you play this and you find a task is going to take you a couple days, first, remember that you can spend less time looking for mines. At the start, a 7-minute search gives you a good boost. Then, you can spend a few hours, but you can cut that down by adding sailors to the ships. Yeah, having crew on ships does sound good, but at the start it can be too costly. After you've played the game for a few days, if something is going to take a couple days, you likely need to do more research! There's many good ones, but the critical one shrinks your population, but makes them many times more effective. You can then gain population quickly, and your workforce is tons better. This is particularly awesome for shipping, where each ship has a limit. That research alone makes your ships tons faster, so a 2-day journey turns into a journey of several hours. In terms of people saying the game forces you to pay to win or be bored, I never felt like game forced me to pay. I got gems by doing quests, and used them regularly to buy city stones and others. IMO, it was a good balance. If you really want to pay to reduce the amount of time you'll play the game, sure, go ahead, but you don't need to. There are some slight bugs (eg when a ship finds a mine, it displays the mine, but every so often it fails to go to the ship screen so you can send it out again) and UI issues (eg on some menus, the bottom line/button isn't visible). Nothing truly bad, just enough to make it feel slightly unpolished. Overall, I recommend this game to fans of clickers/idlers who want to think a bit, and who like to see a different take on the genre.
