This game gave me cardiac arrest.
It's very hard to rate this game, mainly because it is very buggy. Some of the issues I have encountered include: the main enemy being stuck in a wall, being killed for going near it, and the "YOUR HEART HAS STOPPED" screen stuck in my face, despite my character being alive and well. the only thing i could do however was to exit the game. The design of the main character is pretty interesting and the camera drag is somewhat nauseating. I would recommend that you 1. fix the spawning of the enemy, 2. change the meter from a car meter to something like a beeping noise or some other means of finding him, 3. removing the jumpscare at the end. I'm not sure what you can do there but its a bit cheesy and takes away from the experience in my opinion, and 4. adding more enemies with variety. With these changes this game could be really good. I wish you luck on your journey, developer.

Was frustrating for me at first getting use to the 3rd person movements but really got into this game. Turned out to be a really good. 13 tries and finally beat it. Hope there's more coming from this developer. I suggest playing the game before watching my walk through to avoid spoilers but here it is when you're ready https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G4HICxGdQgk
"Cardiac Unrest" is a low key asset flip, a bunch of other people's assets assembled badly to make a basic game, typically this kind of thing is done by amateur developers without sufficient budget, talent and/or staff to do the job of game development professionally. It's then quickly rushed into Steam Direct. And, unsurprisingly, this never results in a product with any quality, interest, or value for gamers. This is an extraordinarily bad Unity kitbash/low key asset flip, wander around some school assets dumped on a third person action game blueprint/template, have the occasional jumpscare and die from a heart attack. Which makes no sense. So, the game might look better than you'd expect from an amateur project, but this is because it's partially or completely made up of stock assets, "borrowed" from asset stores and free asset websites. Very little in this game is truly the creation of the "developer", it's just a bunch of rearranged assets. While there's no up front price for this asset flip, the other problem with asset flips is that when developers aren't capable of doing their job and creating high quality assets, it's also true they can't do any of the rest of the job of a game developer either. That's definitely true for "Cardiac Unrest". The game is really simple and unambitious in terms of implementation, more of a tech demo or one of those cases where an amateur developer spends $100 to publish something on Steam Direct to see if it's possible. Yes, obviously it's possible. A proof of concept, tech demo, or something that's less than a little blip on the radar isn't offering anything truly valuable to gamers. On pricing, this is "free" enough, at least you won't be expected to spend any more money after you download this, but just because something is free doesn't mean it's good, and the cost of a game is more than just financial, your time is valuable too. Despite having no up-front cost, this failed to appeal to the 120 million+ gamers on Steam. SteamDB showed the game peaked at only 4 concurrent players... this is a dismal public reception. This was so bad they couldn't even give it away. Bearing in mind that free games don't add +1 to your game collector count, should you bother adding this to your library and downloading it? Nope. This isn't worth downloading. There's no financial cost up-front, but you'd still be spending your time and a little hard drive space on a product that's far from the best. There's thousands of better alternatives on Steam.
I little too difficult for me, but I will beat it someday! Seems to work well enough for a free game. Great concept, but a little more direction on how to kill the main ghostie would be helpful and maybe fix the "E" on desks cuz they don't always work. The end screen after you die is also kind of broken, requiring a full restart of the game, but other than all that, the controls were easy to get used to, good atmosphere. Great milestone for a up and coming game dev!
The holy bullets do not explode gas barrels, I think this should 100% be added to the game.

Game has potential. The graphics are what you expect for a free game and as is the gameplay. Only things that needs sorting is ammo
