Locked levels Why did you change and now lock the levels. I like going back on previous levels to try to get my 3 stars and now I find that the levels are locked. Please correct this issues and also to note, will you guys bring back the ranking in regards where you fall on with other players. Older players beware don’t update to the newest version or you will be unable to play previous levels unless you don’t care then go on ahead

Wish it weren’t designed to make you spend money I realize that profit is necessary for these games to continue to be created. However if like video games you could pay one fee for the game and choose if you want to pay for upgrades along the way I’d absolutely be on board with that.

Love it I play on an iPhone 5s and can’t play the normal candy crush but I can play this one! It needs new levels. Also harder levels. 5 Stars!!!

Check your purchases to see if you got shorted items. Sadly, I spend way too much much money on this game due to my kids and occasionally myself. The last couple of weeks I have noticed that when I make purchases, I would be missing certain items. For the most part they were good about fixing it but one time for example, I was supposed to get 12 hours of an item to help me finish levels. I got zero. I wrote and they at first said the package I got didn’t come with any but I sent screenshots and they were so kind to give me one hour of the 12 hours I was supposed to get. That’s just one example. I started screen recording my purchases and the moments following so I can take more aggressive measures to ensure this doesn’t happen to others. I explained I would like to speak to a supervisor but no one ever contacted me so I’m going the bad review route and filing a complaint with the FTC now.

Your ad in other games is a problem When one of your ads is in another game, it hijacks it, opening your game and I can’t continue with the game I’m currently playing. The ad does not close and just opens Candy Crush Soda. This is not good. Please correct this.

Add to the game When I come to an ad during a game, how many times will I have to keep clicking that X to say I don’t I’m not interested. I’m not interested. I’ve been clicked on this candy crush ex probably 30 times and they still won’t let me out. Can you tell me what the hell was going on get fixed?

Complaining I don’t like being forced into Master Levels while there are still regular levels available. It completely ruins the fun of the game for me. I prefer normal levels, and Master Levels feel stressful and unfair. Also, the competitions and rankings don’t feel balanced. Please allow players to continue playing regular levels instead of forcing Master Levels. Otherwise, it really makes me want to stop playing

Less moves I have noticed levels giving less moves. Is this so people will spend $$? I will just deleted game.

Second chance What happened to the second chances? Every time there is an update we lose them lost again
