Par quel miracle si l'on excepte l'esprit tordu du programmateur peut - on arriver sain et sauf au pied de la butte dans le débarquement. A force de vouloir toujours faire plus fort on finit par oublier le principal. Il s'agit d'un jeu pas d'un quelconque exploit débile. Comme d'habitude il n'y a jamais assez de munition. J'aurais aimé en son temps pouvoir envoyer au casse pipe les programmateur avec leur bite et leur couteau.

Campaign completed on highest difficulty (vet) and I would recommend people play it this way; a couple standout and really great missions, Stronghold, Liberation, Death Factory/HIll 493, Battle of Bulge and the Rhine. I don't think i'd enjoy it on a easier difficulty as it added a great sense of pressure and clutch gameplay due to health being limited; which frankly, should be the standard in other call of duty games as it slowed everything down and forced a lot of strategy you don't see in the campaigns typically; using smokes tactically, rationing resources and trial and error of different strategies. These were really rewarding to figure out. I would whole heartedly recommend the campaign to fans of single player FPS games, but I wish this was frankly a bit longer and covered other nations such as the red army and the Brits. There's a great mission with the French resistance but I feel this could've been a whole campaign in itself and it's a shame to not get that. I was expecting more than just yanks going in. As far as I know the online isn't safe... I'm yet to try out the zombie map you get with this. The game runs pretty rough, weirdly worse than later entries; but it looks very visually striking.

FOREVER CLASSIC

I really enjoyed the campaign. Solid story and the combat is really good. My only complaint is it felt way too short. I would have loved to have a British campaign and even a Russian one like the old games had. I know a big part of COD is multiplayer which isn't really my thing, but based on the campaign and gameplay alone I would recommend it for sure.
