I’ve always loved business simulators, but Call Center Tycoon managed to surprise me. It is a bit tough at first but gets easier once you get the hang of it. I kept having to appease John who was my best worker but kept annoying everyone else because of how loud he was. He turned out to be a mole selling company secrets! Had to be fired then. Sometimes things don’t go as planned, but that just adds to the excitement.
This is very easy to get into. The employees will react to your decisions and also react to each other. I love the expressions on their faces, they're very over-the-top. I like that you can also be a scam caller.
You start with a couple employees, and before you know it, you’re running a legit "corporation." I say legit because there are plenty of opportunities to get on the wrong side of the law. My first playthrough I actually got shut down for money laundering! Sometimes everything falls apart, but that’s the thrill – it makes you want to do better. If you’re into management games, I recommend this one.
A unique twist on the management/tycoon genre, this game is easy to dive into. Employees respond to your decisions and even interact with each other, adding depth to the experience. The artwork is fantastic, and the music complements the tone perfectly. The cherry on top? You can play as a scam caller!
Game is unacceptably short and not worth replaying. It's cute for maybe 10-15 minutes and then turns into tedium. I've played free plays that are better in length and quality. Disappointing
If you’re looking for a fun management game without a build mode, Call Center Tycoon is it. You have to balance wages, customer demands AND your employees; stress levels. It’s challenging at times, but that’s part of the fun. The pick up employee feature reminded me of Roller Coaster Tycoon and how you could pick up guests and drop them places. Highly recommend giving it a shot!
Fun game! Makes me feel like a proper CEO hahaha.
Almost there, but not quite deep enough. I'd play Call Center Tycoon 2 if they include some basic 'sim-game' functions, more stats, priority call routing, etc.
Call Center Tycoon was a real discovery for me. It might sound boring – "managing a call center" – but it’s insanely engaging! You hire staff, monitor their motivation, handle customer requests, and try not to go broke. What I especially like is the constant balancing act – you can’t just fire everyone or cut costs on everything. Every decision impacts the success of your company, and that keeps you on your toes. It’s perfect for anyone looking for something out of the ordinary.
Ever wanted to own your own call center? Well play this game anyway. It's lit 🔥🔥
