sub-par at what it does. it seems to work fine enough on windows, but for me, on Manjaro linux, the only option that worked was the sinus function one. so every time i opened this up to use it, i had to awkwardly find a pair of sine wave frequencies that made a stable-ish rhythm. and sometimes this just doesn't work. i found an alternative online, which is not only free, but also works way more consistently. I haven't had a problem with it yet. it's called wavelovers
