Bought this during an 80% discount and I feel for less than a cup of coffee it's worth the buy, it's an ok game at this moment but I do feel it might've been a bit early to release, even if it's Early Access. I haven't run into major bugs yet (the only thing I had happen was the fast travel point at the office disappeared but a reload fixed this).
Ich habe mal reingeschaut, es macht einen interessanten Eindruck aber die Tastenbelegung muss unbedingt komplett freigegeben werden. Nicht alle nutzen ein Pad. Ich musste das Spiel über Steam beenden da ich kein Pad habe und somit nicht mehr aus den Einstellung kam. Das Spiel hat ne Menge Potenzial und ich bin gespannt wie es weiter geht. Ich gebe die Hoffnung nicht auf.

Build For Sale Simulator ist grundsätzlich ein solides Spiel mit guten Ansätzen. Positiv fällt auf, dass man sich vieles nach und nach erarbeitet und neue Funktionen Stück für Stück freigeschaltet werden. Das wirkt motivierend und passt gut zum Spielprinzip. Auch die Teleporter-Funktion ist wirklich hilfreich und angenehm umgesetzt. Das Immobilienverkaufssystem ist insgesamt in Ordnung und macht seinen Zweck. Allerdings gibt es derzeit noch einige Punkte, die den Spielspaß spürbar bremsen. Das integrierte Gamepad funktioniert in den Einstellungen aktuell nicht richtig. Die Grafikeinstellungen lassen sich momentan nur vor dem Start des Spiels ändern, was unpraktisch ist. Ein weiterer störender Fehler tritt ein, sobald die Nacht beginnt und die Aufforderung erscheint, schlafen zu gehen: Ab diesem Moment sind keine Verhandlungen mehr möglich und man bleibt im Verhandlungsbildschirm hängen. Das ist besonders ärgerlich. Auch bei der Bearbeitung der Häuser gibt es noch Probleme. Manche Fenster lassen sich nicht bearbeiten, obwohl es eigentlich vorgesehen ist. Zusätzlich gibt es einen unschönen Darstellungsfehler, wenn man die Häuser nach dem neuen Anstrich von Fenstern und Türen fotografieren möchte: Geht man zu weit weg, wird alles wieder weiß dargestellt. Insgesamt ist Build For Sale Simulator also kein schlechtes Spiel. Die Grundidee funktioniert, einige Features machen bereits Spaß und das Fortschrittssystem ist angenehm. Technisch gibt es aber noch mehrere Baustellen, die verbessert werden sollten, damit das Spiel runder und frustfreier wird.

Emeği geçenlerin eline sağlık diyorum iyi günler.
