Reviews
It’s an experience that anyone with a dream of real estate or a love for simulation games will enjoy. As you build your own real estate empire, you lose track of time. Despite a few minor flaws, it brings a fresh perspective to its genre.
Не рекомендую, игра не закончена и заброшена.
Oyun çok iyi konusu bir şehirde emlak ofisi kurup eski evleri satın alıp yenileyip satarak zengin olmaya çalışıyorsunuz ben beğendim tavsiye ederim yapımcının emeklerine sağlık... The game is very good. The plot is that you try to get rich by establishing a real estate office in a city, buying old houses, renovating them and selling them. I liked it. I recommend it. Thanks to the producer for his efforts. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wF3e6Bst0Ho
Lots to improvement needed. There is a bug for the trash function, even though the certificate was bought earlier on the first property, it cannot be unlocked again / bought again for the second property.
Build For Sale Simulator is a property management and renovation simulator that aims to capture the appeal of buying, improving, and profiting from real estate within a flexible, sandbox-style structure. Developed and published by Paragon Game Studio, it leans into a familiar but satisfying concept—turning neglected spaces into valuable assets—while attempting to combine creative design with light business strategy. The foundation is compelling, built around a loop that naturally appeals to players who enjoy progression through transformation, but the execution reflects a project that is still evolving toward its full potential. At the heart of the experience is the cycle of purchasing properties, renovating them, and selling or renting them for profit. Players are given control over various aspects of each property, from repainting walls and rearranging interiors to selecting furniture and decorations that influence value. This process carries an inherent sense of satisfaction, especially when a rundown space is gradually reshaped into something polished and desirable. The creative aspect is one of the game’s strongest elements, as it allows players to experiment with layouts and styles, making each project feel personal rather than purely transactional. At the same time, the financial side introduces a layer of decision-making, encouraging players to balance investment costs with potential returns. The game also attempts to expand beyond a menu-driven structure by placing players within a navigable environment. Exploring the city to locate new properties adds a sense of immersion, giving the impression of being part of a larger system rather than simply managing numbers from a distance. This design choice helps ground the experience, even if the world itself remains relatively simple in its current state. Environmental details such as changing conditions and ambient elements contribute to the atmosphere, though they serve more as background flavor than as systems that meaningfully affect gameplay. Customization plays a central role in maintaining engagement. With a wide selection of furniture, colors, and decorative options, players are encouraged to shape properties according to their own preferences. This creative freedom is where the game feels most alive, as it allows for experimentation and expression within each project. Whether aiming for efficiency or aesthetic appeal, the act of redesigning spaces becomes a core source of enjoyment. However, the impact of these choices on gameplay can sometimes feel limited, as the systems governing property value and buyer preferences are not deeply developed. Despite its promising ideas, the game’s early access nature is difficult to ignore. Many of its systems feel functional but incomplete, lacking the depth and refinement needed to sustain long-term engagement. Progression can become repetitive, as the core loop does not evolve significantly over time. Features that could add complexity—such as negotiation mechanics, market fluctuations, or more nuanced management systems—are present in only basic forms, leaving the experience feeling somewhat shallow compared to more established titles in the genre. Technical and design issues further highlight this sense of incompleteness. Interface elements can be unclear, making certain actions less intuitive than they should be, and the lack of strong guidance can leave new players unsure of how to approach the game effectively. Occasional bugs and inconsistencies disrupt the flow, reinforcing the impression of a project still in development. While these issues are not overwhelming, they do impact the overall polish and can make the experience feel less cohesive. Even with these shortcomings, Build For Sale Simulator manages to deliver moments of genuine enjoyment, particularly for players who appreciate relaxed, creative gameplay. The act of improving and flipping properties remains inherently satisfying, and the game’s open-ended structure allows players to engage with it at their own pace. For those willing to overlook its rough edges, there is a foundation here that hints at a more robust and engaging experience in the future. In its current state, the game feels less like a finished product and more like a framework with clear potential. It offers a solid core idea supported by enjoyable creative systems, but it needs further development to reach the level of depth and polish expected from the genre. Players interested in early access titles or the concept of property renovation may find it worthwhile as it continues to grow, while others may prefer to wait until its systems are more fully realized. Rating: 6/10
game is crashing all the time game is not worth buying
Franchement ..
just even for early access how ? and why is a single player game asking for network and file editing premission on boot ? also i cant even learn how to do more then walk around ? just on top of that no updates in what 5 months ? or more it looks like it was thrown together with bought UE5 assets and AI codeing glad it was only $0.89
Myslel sem že to bude lepši ale je to blbost tahle hra . Grafika špatná seka se hra . A co mé mrzí nejvíce že není mem jazyku . Omluvám se za překlad . I thought it would be better but this game is crap. The graphics are bad and the game is boring. And what I regret most is that it is not a language meme.
