Funny game! You should follow the tutorial in order to understand the game, otherwise, it may be a little difficult at first. You play as a bug exterminator that has to take different jobs around town and do disinfestations in different buildings. Some buildings have animals or people inside so you must be extra careful in order to finish your task and take the money. There are plenty of gadgets that you can unlock and use to kill those beasts. I reccomend it!

It's a nice game and i really like it. It's not super complicated but not to simple. Also if you find the game to easy you can make it harder or make it easer. Has a nice tutorial and helps you through the basics. So it a great game 10/10
其实这个游戏还可以,操作什么的都不错,就是一开始玩不是很直观。然而没有成就没有卡片让我不能推荐这个游戏。

Bugs! is a small indie action-strategy game developed and published by Insane Dreamers that centers on a surprisingly relatable concept: exterminating swarms of pests that have overrun several towns. Instead of heroic battles against monsters or soldiers, the game casts the player as a professional exterminator whose job is to clear buildings infested with insects. The premise is intentionally simple and slightly humorous, transforming everyday pest control into a full-scale game of strategy and survival. Driving from location to location in a service van, the player responds to calls for help, entering homes and facilities that have been overtaken by crawling invaders and methodically clearing them using various extermination tools. The gameplay is built around short missions where the player enters individual buildings to deal with insect infestations. Each location functions as a small arena viewed from a top-down perspective, allowing players to track the movement of the bugs as they scatter across floors, walls, and furniture. The objective in each mission is straightforward: eliminate every insect before the infestation spreads further. While the goal is simple, the way players achieve it can vary depending on the size of the swarm and the layout of the building. Some rooms are cramped and filled with obstacles that make direct extermination difficult, while others give the insects more space to scatter and multiply. This variation in environments forces players to adapt their approach and carefully choose the right tools for each situation. Combat against the insects blends quick reflexes with a light strategic element. Players have access to several extermination methods that can be used in different situations. Some tools allow players to crush insects directly, providing fast results but requiring close proximity and precise movement. Others rely on poison or chemical sprays that spread through groups of bugs, making them useful for controlling larger swarms. Fire-based tools offer another approach, allowing players to burn through clusters of pests quickly, though these methods can be riskier and require careful positioning. Deciding when to use each tool becomes part of the challenge, particularly in missions where bugs appear in large numbers or move unpredictably around the environment. Progression in Bugs! revolves around a currency system based on “Bugcoins,” which players earn after completing extermination jobs. These coins can be used to upgrade equipment or unlock new tools that make dealing with infestations more efficient. As the player improves their gear, larger and more difficult infestations become manageable. Early missions often involve small groups of pests that can be handled quickly, but later challenges may feature bigger swarms that demand better equipment and smarter use of extermination methods. This upgrade system adds a sense of gradual advancement, encouraging players to continue completing missions in order to expand their arsenal. The game also includes a sandbox mode that allows players to experiment freely with the extermination mechanics. Unlike the structured campaign missions, the sandbox mode focuses purely on interacting with the game’s systems without strict objectives or progression requirements. Players can test different tools, observe how insects react to various strategies, and experiment with the mechanics in a more relaxed environment. This mode adds a small but welcome layer of replayability, particularly for players who enjoy tinkering with different approaches to pest control. Visually, Bugs! embraces a simple but colorful 2D style that suits its lighthearted concept. The environments are presented from a top-down viewpoint that keeps everything clearly visible, allowing players to monitor both their character and the swarming insects. The bugs themselves are stylized rather than hyper-realistic, which prevents the game from becoming unsettling while still conveying the sense of an overwhelming infestation. Buildings are designed with straightforward layouts and recognizable furniture, providing enough variety to make each mission feel slightly different while keeping the focus on the extermination mechanics. Sound design is modest but functional, reinforcing the gameplay with subtle audio cues. The buzzing and skittering noises of insects create a constant reminder of the infestation, while the sound effects from extermination tools provide satisfying feedback when bugs are eliminated. The soundtrack remains relatively understated, allowing the action of clearing each building to take center stage. Although the audio presentation is not particularly elaborate, it complements the overall tone of the game and helps maintain the sense of urgency during missions. Despite its interesting premise, Bugs! reveals some limitations common to smaller indie titles. The basic gameplay loop—enter a building, eliminate insects, earn currency, upgrade tools—remains largely unchanged throughout the experience. While this structure works well for short play sessions, players who spend extended time with the game may begin to notice repetition in the mission structure and enemy behavior. The number of environments and insect varieties is also somewhat limited, which can make later missions feel familiar once the core mechanics have been mastered. Even with these shortcomings, the game manages to deliver a straightforward and occasionally satisfying experience built around an unusual theme. Turning pest control into a game of strategy and action is a creative idea that gives Bugs! its own identity among indie titles. The combination of quick missions, equipment upgrades, and experimentation with different extermination techniques provides enough variety to keep players engaged in shorter sessions. For those looking for a casual game with a quirky premise and simple mechanics, Bugs! offers a unique perspective on a problem most people would normally prefer to avoid. Rating: 6/10
