A visually stunning ode to overcoming one's fears. Lots of very serene moments throughout, which contrasts nicely to the dizzying heights in some sequences. Would also make a peaceful meditation setting. Definitely recommend!
CONS: Get ready to fall off bridges and buildings as you try to steer the wonky free motion that tends to veer off course more than a bad grocery cart. All kidding aside, it does have teleportation issues, and you can have climbed up to an area only to fall through to the bottom again. I do have a fear of heights and I'm supposing the sudden drops wouldn't do you any good if you were frozen in fear. So I don't think it would work as theraphy. PROS: The falls were actually fun which helped any fears more than staying on the bridges and building, and the fun challenge of the obstacle course leads to a final massive bridge. A lot of the scenery was really pretty, even if 2D, and you can splash in the butterfly pond or pet the koi. I used this on the Oculus Rift and for free? A nice obstacle course and meditation areas featuring the koi pond, bridges, scenic views and a cherry tree. I honestly had a blast with the sometimes wonky physics.

Bridge Trek is a VR exploration game. It worked on my HTC Vive and Index system, looked ok, played ok, sounded ok. You start off at a zen garden house and work your way over many bridges and other heights. Try this, you might like it.

Limited applicability at time of writing for Oculus Rift: no free locomotion, rotation change on teleport via thumbstick is buggy. Usually, the straight ahead arrow is not available, defeating the object of walking over a bridge. Randomly fall through a bridge and put back to start - is this a design feature to make the experience last longer? The small enviroment is pretty, if 2-dimensional if you get too close to the trees. A promising start but limited experience at the moment for Oculus Rift users.
The entire experience is a few minutes long, if you are not doing it for therapy. Nice environment art - my favorite part was the koi in the pond. Worth trying out.

Did not enjoy. Was hoping for some taller bridges to cross to show to first-time VR players, but everything is kind of tame. Also, controls are awkward.
