Boxing Saga

The Boxing its self is alright but this is definatley not a finished game and should have been released as early access or a tech demo. Most anoying thing about the game is that you cant hit to the body. If that was added it would much better. Shame really cause if this game was updated more, it could potentially be really good cant recommend it though in its current state though. Feedback from a Rift user: Rift Cameras are all over the place so if you have a small room can be hard to align yourself up to the opponent. Would be useful if the touch controller sticks were activated to give the user an option to adjust their position manually. (At least having the options in the settings would be nice.)

This is my review for Boxing Saga. What I say is what I experianced with them. My experinace doesn't have to be the same as your experiance. Now onto the review. At 9:10PM on 1/2/18 I bought Boxing Saga to do one thing, play boxing. The game was advertised to be a boxing game. Simulating the boxing you see on TV. However this isn't the case for Boxing Saga and let me explain why. Graphics: the graphics are great for a 2016 VR game but there are some spots the developer could approve on. Such as the crowd of people. The look like a pile of tauntaun poop. Also there is nothing to show for your hit like a crused up face or bllod dripping on to you or your opponant. Also random times the opponant will disappear for a short time. Sound: There is barley any sound in the game. The crowd cheering, belling rining and hit contact is all there is nothing unless I went deaf during the game. Character: the developer got lazy in this department because the people are coped over & over & over. Heck your opponant is also coped as well just have new outfit and new gloves. Fighing: this is broken because you can spam your heavy attack non-stop and with the round in 3-4 hits. I can't believe no one meantioned this when the game came out. Blocking: how, how for the love of dragons do you bucking up the block. Gloves up to block and lean left, right or back to dodge. Your opponant can still get a full on hit on you when your gloves are up. I had even tired to following his hit to block and nothing. Dodging left, right or back is broken because the opponant just follows your movment. Toutorials: the traing of what to do is only 3 things. How to move, which you don't really nned since you just go to the door to start the match. Heavy attack button and going to the door to start the match. Crashes: I had one hard crash within just 20 minutes of playing the game. The crash report didn't explain why the game just crashed. Boxing Saga gets a 1/10, a bad game and not worth the $4.99. I don't know if the developer put their heart and soul into the game but I do know there was no love. I can not recommend, not even for a million dollars. That is the Pony review for Boxing Saga

Was soll das sein ? Eine Boxsimulation kann man das nicht nennen. Man stellt sich vor eine Tür und stößt diese auf. Schon steht man im Ring und hat einen immer wiederkehrenden Gegner. Die Trefferzone beschränkt sich nur auf den Kopf und der Gegner hat auch noch einen Kopfschutz auf. Eine Deckung kann man überhaupt nicht aufbauen. Man muss wie in einem Arcade-Game jeden Schlag ausweichen. Sobald man den Gegner mit ein paar Treffern belegt hat fällt er auch schon um und das war es. Und ab da wiederholt sich alles immer wieder ohne erkennbare Veränderung. Nur die Kleidung des Gegners wechselt. Auch für 5€ ist dieses "Spiel" nicht zu empfehlen. Also Finger weg !!! Für nen 10er bekommt man TOTF und das ist jeden Cent wert.

Eigentlich bis jetzt es beste BoxSpiel das ich gespielt habe. Anfangs ist es langweilig weil die Gegner alle schnell K.O gehen aber von zeit zur zeit werden die Gegner immer schwieriger. Könnte weiter ausgebaut werden meiner meinung nach, zb. mehrere Runden etc... Für den Preis aber sehr zu Empfehlen.
