Needs a lot of work to be a really playable title. Graphics are a little jank, which I could live with but the UI is horrible and the default setups are not working correctly. Why on earth would I choose a completely different vehicle and have the gears max out at 100mph when I've never driven the vehicle before? Things like this really detract from the project, there are so many bugs like this and the engine sounds are by and large, crap. Sometimes they hit the spot but the samples are not fluid between each other so it all sounds extremely disjointed. You also can't simply practice offline, you either have to join a session or host one, loading times between sequences are stupidly long for what is a small game but the game is poorly optimized. Despite these utter frustrations the core of the game I think works well, you can shake the tyres, pop wheelies and the setup options all see to function correctly when adjusted, but as I mentioned before, it's really frustrating to spawn a totally new car only to have a setup that doesn't fit it and have to start from scratch with every vehicle. I don't remember what I paid for it a year or so ago but it certainly isn't worth the 20 that it's listed for. I want the project to succeed, I love drag racing since I was a kid but hey, I'm not going to say something that isn't true. I want this to play like a PC simulation, not a mobile game that wouldn't be out of place played by a kid on a tablet. Don't let the fact the industry is starved of a serious drag title coerce you into giving these devs a free pass, they have a lot of work to do to get this game in a respectable place.
.
bad ass game
Great Drag Racing Game very competitive
Horrible piece of ♥♥♥♥. Worth about 25 cents. Nearly destroyed my Fanatec wheel with garbage feedback physics slapping it around. Crashes in lobby about 50% of the time. All other negative reviews that I have seen are accurate.
use of a controller would be amazing i have a steering wheel so might be able to use that instead thank you
trash game
spin and spin and spin and spin
