Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Sep 1 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Booobjz is a small-scale science-fiction puzzle platformer that builds its identity around gravity manipulation, unusual movement mechanics, environmental challenges, and hidden secrets. Developed by FreeAnimals_Software and Dnovel and published by Conglomerate 5, the game combines elements of action, adventure, casual platforming, and puzzle solving within a retro-styled 2D presentation. Its concept is straightforward enough to understand quickly, but the ability to alter gravity changes how players must interpret each environment. Instead of viewing floors and ceilings as permanently defined surfaces, players need to consider how changing gravitational direction can transform seemingly impossible obstacles into accessible routes. The story establishes a surprisingly elaborate dystopian background for such a mechanically focused game. Humanity has survived its 125th World War, while the remaining population of the planet Coitia has been weakened by repeated warfare and epidemics. With people no longer trusting humanity to govern itself effectively, governments transfer political authority to a supercomputer named Booobjz. The machine creates laws and distributes orders that are subsequently carried out by a newly established elite. It is an interesting premise because Booobjz is not simply presented as another evil artificial intelligence. Instead, humanity willingly gives it authority after becoming exhausted by the consequences of its own decisions. Attention eventually shifts toward a nearby planet containing substantial natural resources. Researchers are sent there, but ten expeditions end in disaster. Engineer Bruce Barris responds to the problem by designing an exoskeleton constructed from extremely strong yet lightweight materials. Candidates are then selected through competition and subjected to an extraordinary training process lasting 150 years. Eventually, a chosen representative departs with the necessary preparation but without complete knowledge of what lies ahead. The expedition takes the name Booobjz in honor of the supercomputer, creating the foundation for the player's journey into an unpredictable and dangerous environment. Although this background suggests a potentially substantial science-fiction narrative, the actual attraction of Booobjz lies more heavily in its mechanics. Gravity switching is the centerpiece of the experience. The player must use it to overcome obstacles, reach unusual positions, and solve puzzles that cannot necessarily be approached with conventional platforming logic. Changing gravity can redefine the direction in which the character falls and consequently changes how platforms, hazards, walls, and other pieces of level geometry function. This creates situations where observation and spatial reasoning are just as important as reflexes. The protective suit expands the movement system by allowing the character to push away from vertical surfaces. This complements gravity switching because walls are not merely boundaries restricting movement. They can become useful components of navigation. When the two mechanics interact effectively, Booobjz feels less like a traditional platformer centered entirely on jumping and more like a spatial puzzle in which the player continuously reconsiders orientation. The challenge comes from determining where gravity should pull the character and how surrounding surfaces can be exploited to continue moving. Secrets provide another reason to examine the environments carefully. Booobjz specifically emphasizes that numerous secrets are scattered throughout the adventure, and some of its Steam achievements are connected with discovering hidden content in particular levels. This feature fits naturally with gravity manipulation. Areas that initially resemble inaccessible scenery may become reachable once players experiment with different orientations or approach them from an unconventional direction. Completion-focused players therefore have an incentive to investigate beyond the obvious path rather than treating every stage simply as a race toward the exit. The game's visual direction favors functional retro simplicity instead of elaborate graphical spectacle. Its 2D side-scrolling structure keeps attention on positioning, obstacles, and movement. The overall design carries an unmistakably independent character, and players accustomed to highly polished modern platformers should adjust their expectations accordingly. Booobjz is more interested in presenting a distinctive mechanical idea than overwhelming the player with cinematic sequences, detailed animation systems, or enormous environments. The shooter and arcade elements associated with the game provide some additional variety, but puzzle platforming remains the clearest description of its central personality. One interesting contrast is the difference between the scale of the backstory and the relatively modest nature of the gameplay. A civilization devastated by 125 world wars, humanity surrendering governmental authority to artificial intelligence, failed interplanetary expeditions, advanced exoskeleton technology, and generations of preparation could support an enormous narrative adventure. Booobjz instead uses these ideas primarily as context for a focused platforming experience. Players fascinated by the political or philosophical implications of machine government may therefore feel that the premise has considerably more storytelling potential than the game fully explores. Its simplicity can also be considered an advantage. Booobjz does not bury its central mechanic beneath excessive progression systems or complicated management features. The fundamental appeal comes from learning how gravity behaves, using the suit's mobility capabilities, overcoming puzzles, and searching for concealed areas. Players who enjoy experimentation can approach environments by asking what will happen when gravity changes rather than simply memorizing conventional jumping patterns. That gives the game a recognizable identity despite its comparatively limited scope. The game also includes Steam Achievements, single-player functionality, Family Sharing support, and a downloadable demo. Its interface supports a notably broad selection of languages, making the basic experience accessible to players from many regions. These additions do not fundamentally transform the gameplay, but they help make the overall package more approachable and provide additional goals for players interested in discovering everything hidden throughout the levels. Booobjz ultimately succeeds most effectively as an unconventional indie puzzle platformer rather than as the expansive science-fiction adventure its elaborate premise might initially suggest. FreeAnimals_Software and Dnovel have centered the experience around a clear mechanical hook, while Conglomerate 5 serves as publisher. Gravity switching gives ordinary platforming environments an additional dimension, vertical-surface movement complements that mechanic well, and secrets reward players who investigate levels thoroughly. Its narrative concepts could have received deeper exploration and its modest presentation will not appeal equally to everyone, but there is enough individuality here to distinguish it from more conventional side-scrolling games. For players who enjoy gravity puzzles, experimental traversal, retro presentation, and compact indie experiences built around one unusual mechanic, Booobjz offers an interesting journey. Rating: 7/10
