Book Of Potentia 2 is a good base for a game that it will never be, but nothing more than that. It's plainly boring, the movement and the animations are kinda janky, and it overall feels like a not-polished game. I can see the potential for a developer to grow starting from here, and as a junior dev myself I wouldn't be able, at the moment, to develop this! But as a player, I can't say this is a good game.
