Boo Party

So, I just bought this game and spent 2hrs just roaming and getting lost. I HIGHLY recommend this game for it's humor and puzzles. There are Scooby-Doo references, Call backs to previous games, Cat obsessed women/ghosts, but the dialogue/writing and corny humor is what captured me. This is one where you play in chunks, and you don't take the game seriously. Get this on sale or part of the Bundle. It's more comedy than puzzle solving, and you will get lost on where to go. BTW, there is even a talking painting that keeps track of your quests, and that reminded me of the Gryfindor Fat Lady painting in Harry Potter. There is so much to love in this 1 game, and I didn't even try the dev's first game yet. This is a MUST buy, but your price limit will tell you when to pull that trigger.

Сама игра довольно хорошая. Небольшой фансервисный квест. Довольно чилловый и вайбовый. Тогда почему отрицательный отзыв, спросите вы. Из-за кривой сложности, а точнее её тотального отсутствия. Сложность у практически всей игры - минус 100%, но когда дело касается миниигр, то over9999. И да, можно выбрать режим с их пропуском, но не дай бог вы ачивмент-дрочер, как и я. Если вы думаете перед покупкой, что это игра для лёгкой платины, то вы очень сильно заблуждаетесь. У меня выбита только одна ачивка, связанная с миниигрой, так как во-первых сама миниигра в целом скиллозависимая и после пары упорных часов она поддаётся. А во-вторых я тупо не знал, что ждёт меня дальше. Чтобы выбить все ачивки, нужно или родиться азиатом, или иметь скорость реакции как у мухи. Челлендж с вишенками просто атас. Сама суть миниигры, где на 80% всё зависит от рандома, идиотизм. Так ещё и дрянное управление не помогает. Башня суккубов довольно хардовая. Но её хотя бы можно забрутфорсить, так как кредиты бесконечные. Поэтому не нужно начинать с самого начала. А уж про миниигру с танцами я вообще молчу. Абсолютно нулевая индикация, совершенно никакой помощи игроку. Нужно полагаться на внутреннее чувство такта и реакции. А если генетика этим обделила, то поможет шестое чувство. А уж если и с этим беда, то забейте болт. Но не выйдет, так как эта миниигра полностью стопорит прохождение. Хотел бы я встретить человека, который решил добавить в лёгкий расслабляющий квест пердакоподрывающие миниигры, а потом привязать к ним ачивки, чтобы их не пропускали, так как поняли, что иначе в них никто не будет играть. И спросить у этого индивида: НА-ХУ-Я? (или попросту "Зачем?")

Ok, good things first, the artstyle has good personality on it (check the screenshots it could be a hit or miss but it was a total hit for me), the story is really really funny and figureing out most things for yourself is actually fun. Now we get to the bad stuff, the game is mostly just getting lost, speaking with all NPCs and finding what is what you have to do, well, the layout of the map is really confusing, there are no clear landmarks or signs to orient yourself, nor is there a map, after doing the 4th round up of the whole mansion trying to find that ONE room you wanted is when you notice how annoying that is. And the big one, the minigames are bad, really bad, mostly because they are hard for stupid reasons, the sewer slide is too slippery, the excersises become way too fast with too little time, The dance game takes some getting used to (this one is mostly ok... after you unlock the bar to see the progress) and that stupid arcade minigame, that one has all the problems from above. Now there is an option to skip the minigames but that means you're out of, what? 30% of the content and the rest is confusing and annoying? I really wanted to like this one and the art really drew me in but even then the scenes with the monster girls just amount to a pinup of each [spoiler]and a group one for the ending [/spoiler] after suffering with the minigames (and I had to for the achievements) I would have liked a bit more from the saucy side of the game. This was a valiant effort really, devs tried hard, as I said this game has a LOT of personality and there were real efforts to try and make the gameplay interesting but sadly at the end of the day I have to say that this was one big swing and a miss.

This game would have been great, if not for the mini games. Going around to find items, then give them to the right person is kinda fun. Then I got to the arcade and had to play one of the games to progress. That one game made me want to punch my screen, and I couldn't even understand it was supposed to work.

the premise is great, its effectively a comedy puzzle adventure game similar to leisure suit larry, and relatively straight forward as they come, and as far as that goes its fantastic 10 out of 10...buuuuuut... I have to bring up the massive complaint that seems to permeate all adult games, why the hell are the mini games so ball bustingly hard? i about kicked an ophan with how hard the franky microgames were, but they had a mercy system after loosing so many times, which tells me the devs are self aware at their absurd difficulty, but then you get to succu-bounce and all bets are off, no mercy system at all, AND the AI actually cheats, getting double jumps and being immune to bumps... sooo... unfair to say the least why adult games need the hardest most bastard level difficulty games and mini-games in them makes no sense to me at all, but then again i think games should be fun, not a form of self inflicted torture, which seems to be the hot trend (FFS maybe go join a BDSM club if you want to torture yourself that badly) even with that massive issue, the game has plenty of references and not root canal level difficulty puzzles that its entertaining and fun... it even has an option to disable nude photos if you wanted to make a stream party with the game.... if that's what you wanna do, im ain't judgin'

When it comes to a game full of puzzles and partying, this game has that Halloween-themed jive that can be enjoyed all year long. You find yourself at a party full of sexy spooks and naughty night-creatures, hoping to snap a pic or two of some bodacious boo-tiful babes. The game is essentially a whole ton of fetch quests and minigames, but you won’t find yourself bored of it, thanks to the music and the feel of the music. It does get a bit turned-around, trying to navigate that big mansion, but then again, that’s exactly what a party feels like! You’re so deep in the festivities that sometimes it feels like you’re lost! This game takes the element of partying to an 11, with a bunch of hotties to take photos of (my favs are Medusa and the dancers~). You will find yourself busy with each objective to carry out, and be pressed even harder when you attempt the speedrun mode. All in all, this game is sure to spin you round and round like a record, but it’ll want your love by giving you some unforgettably catchy melodies and grooves as you get your frankenstein-level funk on… in Boo Party!
