Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 10 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About

Blood Gauntlet is a fast-paced, arcade high score chaser where you’re constantly bleeding out. The only way to survive is to keep moving and destroy everything in your path.
Slash through enemies, smash the environment for blood, and race through 3 levels to reach the final boss. Perfect your runs, earn top ranks, and unlock Extreme Mode—where every mistake is harshly punished.
Featuring an intense original soundtrack composed by Mark Allnutt included free with purchase! Plays great on the Steam Deck too!
Let’s talk about Extreme Mode! Once you’ve earned an S rank in the Gauntlet, you’ll unlock Extreme Mode—the developer’s original vision for the game. Blood loss is severe, platforming is much more difficult, enemies are everywhere, and new enemy types await!
Not only do your platforming and combat skills need to be nearly perfect, but you must also manage your special abilities wisely and find the best routes through the gauntlet. This mode is extremely challenging, but a lot of fun!
The ultimate achievement—earning an SS rank in Extreme Mode without getting hit—awaits. Are you up for the challenge?
Blood Gauntlet features pixel art from Ansimuz, music composed by Mark Allnutt, trailer creation by Illia “ILAN-IB13” Bohovarov, capsule art by Mariia Masliana, and additional pixel art by Dara Caza. Thank you guys so much! Also, a huge thanks to my brother, Rich LaCroix for play testing and support!

A fantastic little arcade game that delivers plenty of challenge and fun, especially when you're aiming for higher ranks. It's the kind of game you can play through in one sitting without getting bored. Extreme Mode turned out to be especially enjoyable and offered a great challenge. I'm planning to complete all the achievements. I'd also like to highlight the excellent art style and high-quality pixel assets. The game runs great on Steam Deck as well. My only request would be to add dead zone settings for controllers.
Pretty good game, especially if you're into speedrunning. VERY short, but also it's $2 - Great pixel art and SFX. Really feels like an old arcade game - Responsive controls. Took me a sec to get used to the floaty jump, but the game is designed around it - Not much content at all, unfortunately. I was surprised when I finished the game in 5 minutes. There's still Extreme mode to work towards, and it's just $2, so I wouldn't really count it as a negative - Godlike music. I ran through the game several times just to hear the OST

Looks good, plays good, polished and simple. The only downside is the price feels too low for how much time I'm going to get out of winding down with this.
This game is fundamentall just holding forward and wailing on largely uninspired enemies that give little to no feedback as you wail on them. It looks good and the music is nice, the level design feels somewhat lacking. The game is also 5 minutes long which just feels bad.
This game is really fun. Like really fun. If you like fun. Play this.
I've been having a lot of fun with Blood Gauntlet so far. It's the kind of game that's easy to jump into when you want to relax and enjoy some fast-paced action. One thing that really stood out to me is the music. It's energetic, memorable, and does a great job of supporting the gameplay. I also enjoyed the variety of enemies. There are lots of different creatures to encounter, which makes exploring and fighting feel more interesting Overall, it's been a really enjoyable experience, and I'm looking forward to spending more time with it. If you're a fan of action games and a good challenge, it's definitely worth checking out!
Blood Gauntlet is a love letter to old-school games: fast-paced, short, and above all, fun. Every level is designed with precision, making you want to replay them over and over to achieve a higher score. The soundtrack and art style perfectly complement the game's action and atmosphere. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun experience without having to invest a lot of time.
A rocking soundtrack, great pixel art, and speedy movement make this a neat little game. It’s simple, sure, but quite fun, especially at the low cost of entry. Those looking for a deep, story-driven experience will be disappointed. Those looking for a quick way to blow off steam at the end of the day will be more than satisfied.
Pros: Art style, speed, movement Cons: The game is 5 minutes long.
It's worth your time and money. It keeps you busy for about 5 hours, when you want to grind the achievements, but you can reach the final boss in about 5 minutes. You could speedrun it, if you want. I don't think there is much RNG, everything feels predictable. There is not much to see there, so keep your expectations low. It has 3 levels, and one easy endboss and two difficulties.
