it is mostly cutscenes so if your not much a fan of bleach i wouldn't recommend but if you loved the show then its pretty fun. the fighting mechanics are a little repetitive but animations are good. overall if you want the game i would highly recommend that you wait until its on sale because i wouldn't say this game is worth that much.

Striking down an opponent's Konpaku to land a cinematic Kikon finisher feels insanely rewarding, perfectly capturing the high-stakes lethality of real anime clashes. The Awakening mechanics completely shift the tide of battle, making mid-match Shikai, Bankai, and Resurrección transformations feel as dramatic as a weekly episode release. Every fighter on the roster is crafted with immense love for the source material, whether you're unleashing Yamamoto’s fiery devastation or weaving through attacks with Yoruichi's terrifying speed. Visually, the spiritual pressure effects are breathtaking, complemented by a rock-heavy soundtrack that pumps pure adrenaline into every round. The steam release got kinda destroyed on release, which is a shame. But this game has very unique and fun mechanics. If you are a bleach fan and you like arena fighters, you should give this game a try.
