10/10 I wouldn't put this in the same genre as friendslop. But I think its a wonderful puzzle co-operation game for a large group of friends, low cortisol gaming. Its got a very cozy atmosphere
I was so excited to play this game, but the friend i was gonna play it with lives far away and has 400,000 PING !!! Its currently unplayable because of this !!!! I really wish the devs could fix this so i can play with my friends. Its never been a big issue with other games, even if he lives very far from me
I was already pretty sure I would get my money's worth based on the trailers alone, but I was not prepared. As a coop game it of course has the boon that almost any game has when you play it with friends. But there is just something about the simple controls and all the ways you use them. House House said in one trailer that they wanted a game that forced people to think of different ways to communicate. The succeeded amazingly. We got so much mileage out of JUST the ability to wave our hands around let alone all the little simple tools scattered about. Honestly some of the most fun was getting lost and realizing I had to walkie talkie to contact the group, and the misadventures that lead to me finding them again. So I highly recommend gathering up some friends and taking a big walk.
I think this game is amazing. The ending was super fun. The overall vibe of the game is wholesome and whimsical and makes you want to keep playing. The puzzles had a great range of difficulty as you went on and were very creative imo. I could see myself replaying this several times and enjoying it with every playthrough. I hope that they come out with extra DLC's to keep people coming back. I would give this game a 5/5 easily <3 I highly recommend this game to anyone who likes puzzle games.
One of the top co-op games out there, and I don't even hate my friends afterwards.
really opened my eyes to how people function in groups
the only game i've ever recommended. wholesome, fun, challenging at times. a great time with one friend or many.
