Beer Factory: Prologue takes the familiar formula of management simulators and applies it to the brewing industry, creating an experience centered around organization, production, and business growth. Rather than simplifying beer production into a few automatic actions, the game attempts to build a system where players are responsible for every stage of operation. As a prologue, it serves as an introduction to the larger project and gives players an early look at the mechanics and progression systems that define the full experience. Even in this shorter format, it establishes a clear vision of turning a small operation into a larger and more efficient manufacturing business. The core gameplay focuses heavily on managing production chains and understanding how different systems work together. Creating products involves more than pressing a button and waiting for profits to appear. Raw materials need to be acquired and moved through multiple stages before becoming finished goods ready for distribution. Since each step depends on another functioning correctly, players quickly learn that efficiency becomes one of the most important aspects of success. Small mistakes or delays in one area can affect the entire workflow, creating a management experience where planning and organization play major roles. The game also introduces employee management to add another layer of responsibility. Running every aspect of the factory alone eventually becomes unrealistic, making workers an essential part of progression. Employees can be assigned to various tasks throughout the operation, allowing players to distribute responsibilities and improve productivity. However, simply hiring workers is not enough. Managing assignments and creating effective workflows becomes necessary as the factory expands. This creates the feeling of operating a real business where success depends on both machinery and people. Economic systems further strengthen the management experience by ensuring that decisions carry weight. Money constantly moves through the operation, and every investment creates both opportunities and risks. Expanding production, hiring additional workers, and purchasing equipment all require careful consideration. The game encourages players to think about long-term development rather than making random upgrades without planning. Growth feels more satisfying because progress depends on making smart decisions rather than automatically receiving rewards. One of the most enjoyable aspects of the game comes from seeing visible progress throughout the factory itself. Starting with a smaller setup and gradually expanding into a larger operation creates a strong sense of accomplishment. Unlocking better machinery and improving efficiency make the environment evolve over time. Watching the workspace transform into a more advanced and productive facility reinforces the feeling that players are steadily building something meaningful. The first-person perspective also helps create a stronger connection to the factory environment. Instead of managing everything through distant menus, players move directly through work areas and interact with machines and production spaces themselves. This approach creates a greater sense of involvement because players feel physically present inside the operation rather than simply controlling it from above. Visually, the game prioritizes function over presentation spectacle. Industrial environments, machines, and production areas are designed primarily to support gameplay systems rather than provide cinematic moments. While the graphics may not stand out as extraordinary, they fit the overall atmosphere and support the simulation experience effectively. Since this is a prologue version, some limitations become noticeable. The available content acts more as an introduction than a fully developed experience, meaning certain mechanics and systems may feel like previews rather than complete features. Just as players begin understanding the deeper potential of the management systems, the available content may start to feel restrictive. Technical issues and occasional rough areas can also appear during gameplay. The slower pace may also create mixed reactions depending on player preference. The game relies heavily on gradual progression and organization rather than fast action or constant excitement. Players who enjoy watching systems develop and become more efficient will likely appreciate this structure, while others searching for immediate thrills may find it less engaging. Despite these limitations, Beer Factory: Prologue succeeds at establishing a solid foundation for its larger concept. It takes a surprisingly specific industry and turns it into an enjoyable management experience where planning, growth, and efficiency become the primary rewards. Even as a shorter introduction, it demonstrates enough potential to create interest in the complete experience. Rating: 8/10
