"You basically told us your whole life story, even though we resisted actively."
Bear With Me is a charming, noir-inspired point-and-click adventure with witty dialogue, clever puzzles, and a surprisingly emotional story. Playing as Amber and her sarcastic teddy bear detective, Ted E. Bear, you'll navigate a world full of quirky characters and mysterious twists. That said, having played the Collector's Edition, I’m honestly not sure what makes it stand out from the standard version. While it supposedly includes extras like the soundtrack, digital art book, and a bonus episode, these didn’t feel particularly prominent during my playthrough. Oh, and since the Collector’s Edition has been removed from the store, if you’re reading this... hello from the void of exclusivity! You’re one of the chosen few who managed to snag it. Enjoy the bragging rights, I guess? Still worth playing if you love a good story and that classic noir vibe.

This game presented itself as a joke-filled point'n'click adventure of a child and her teddy bear, but OH BOY there's so much more. Great voice acting, memorable characters, truly outstanding story told from a kid's perspective - overall, an amazing experience and a must-have for anyone who enjoys a good tale with a twist!
This game has a great concept, great art, and a great story to tell. However, it's severely lacking when it comes to pace and dialogue. Way too slow with way too many "funny" quips and puns, and poor voice acting. While muting the dialogue is possible for the first 2 parts, that doesn't seem to be the case for the 3rd part. Not fully, at least.
lots of pop culture references. Some are apparent, some are more hidden.
God I love this game. After 3 years I come back for a second play-through. It's unBEARable how charming this little gem is. I don't know how to start explaining why I love it so much. Let me give it a attempt though. - Imagination and creativity are it's biggest strength. The story blurs the lines with a kids imagination and reality. - The dark gritty settings is perfect for a black noir detective story. - Tons of references to pop culture. - Easy to put down and pick back up. Just buy it.
I was interested in Bear With Me when i found the first chapter and decided I was going to play it on my channel, but as fate would have it it was in a bundle of other games i wanted to get over the winter sale and I loved every minute played. I highly recommend anyone who wants a great story with very much child-like elements to come and check it out because you wont regret it.
