Battlefield™ 6

I broke my 2 or so decades long EA boycott (that I had because of them destroying studios and franchises) to play this as friends said they would play it and podcasters said tis good. Could not get anyone to play it. The battle pass is ridiculously grind heavy and time gated. They don't fix bugs, literally 50% of the time you alt tab the game crashes and there is no reconnect to match option and that has been an issue since launch. Tis supposedly a "team" game but has no command chat and apparently has not had that since Battlefield 2. No one plays as a team at all, this is just Call of Duty style slop with delusions of grandeur. Literally the only good thing about this game is Gauntlet mode which is great, but you can play it for free via Redsec.

For what it currently is, its fun. I think we are far from the golden age of FPS online games but this is fun and definitely worth the time I've put in.
