[h1]Battle of Keys[/h1]
Conclusion: This is probably an asset flip. I don't recommend buying it at all. If you have it already, I still don't recommend playing it, but if you think you can join the masses and help others avoid buying this game, be my guest.
Pros:
- The game functions as an fps
- Character moves, enemies move.
- Some world building happened.
- Multiple levels.
- A clear goal each time.
Cons:
- Where are the keys?
- Bad gameplay tells (ammo and keys really)
- I don't think the rifle is working.
- Mishmash of different textures and styles that don't mix well.
- I'm having trouble remembering anything about this game.
So where to start? The start? Perfect. Level 1. Spawn in and all you can really guess is that you have to find keys. There is a 0/?? bar for these keys and you have a gun. God has placed you in this random ass area of the map and you are just... there. Where do you go? Walk around a little, there's things on the ground that dont look like anything in particular, you can't pick them up, oh well. Suddenly, red screen flash and ouchy noises and police coming for you with their OP guns. Firing my tennis ball gun and boof I'm dead. Alright, let's try again.
Alright, so you start in this place that looks as if you were just dropped there, the enemies are a little too OP, especially for the amount that spawn and endlessly follow you and always know where you are. I presume that the red and blue blocks are maybe healthy and ammo but seen as the character never picks them up through clicking, running over them or spamming E, F and space, I can assume they are nothing. Keys are also on the top of the skyscrapers which I would never have known that they were climbable until I came here the first time to write a review and I saw the "trailer" for the game and the player walks onto a platform and rides it up like an elevator. To me, it looks nothing like an elevator and honestly having pretty much all the keys on top of the skyscraper is a bit...
I went through every level, didn't complete them, but I did it to see what they were like. Some of which spawn you in a crowd of police.
This game is genuinely, very badly thought out. These asset flip games are so "flip"ing easy to do as everything is pretty much laid out for you. It is the developers vision, imagination and thought processing that needs to be challenged.
