Plays like it did on my old iPod touch 2. Fun little wave survival game from 2009 that plays kinda like a flash game from that time. It's only got a little under an hour of content but given it's $3, it kinda makes sense. I'd say to try it, but keep in mind it's short, and there really isn't a lot of depth to it even compared to other wave survival flash games of the time.
helllll yeah i played the frick out of this game on my ipod touch as a kid the controls work a bit ♥♥♥♥ ngl but it is still playable at the end of the day (I completed main story with keyboard and mouse) still none of that matters because the only reason to buy this game is for that sweet hit of nostalgia pretty fun still even after all these years : )
i enjoy this game since way back playing on demo from ipod touch, would be playing demo over and over again since from my childhood.
This game really tickled my ivories. I loved this, it reminded me of when i was younger playing this on an old iphone. I recommend this game to anyone who wants to play, it is a good amount of fun and worth the money.
hi, I am a battle bears fan so i decided to buy this game. it was good and all, but once i got to the "marecraft" boss, i hold my laptops touchpad and kept shooting at the boss, but just a few seconds later, it stopped shooting, i couldnt even fire and i pressed the "esc" which is the pausing button, it didn't even pause, i am pretty sure it isn't my touchpads problem. probably a bug or something, but please fix the bug. overall great game, thank you for reading skyvu
Yes there's nostalgia to be had, but this is not good at all lmao. Directly ripped from the iPhone with expired baked-in ads, pretty jank controls, extremely boring gameplay, and a handful of glitches. Bought it on sale for 89 cents and I'm not even sure if that's justifiable. It's a shame because I've always wanted to see Battle Bears content hit PC/console, but I always pictured it as some in-depth remastered content, or an entirely new game dedicated to PC/console gameplay. I sure hope the team has more up their sleeve and is able to cook up a modern day version of Battle Bears Zombies, or something similar to Battle Bears Gold with a multiplayer versus focus.
While some of the controls (Mainly the menu controls) are wonky. This game is still a masterpiece over a decade later. It benefited greatly from being ported to PC, the shooting is incredibly more satisfying and enjoyable now for what it is. Not saying it wasn't on mobile, in fact it fit the device perfectly so of course it was. The cut-scenes are acceptable since it's just a port, which being at the time of its release were great. But only having to move the mouse to look around, shoot and reload instead of using two hands to do all three is so nice. Not to mention the soundtrack is amazing, The Barbershop Quartet's song (And how they are) is very memorable fitting enough for the time, the music is a banger, and kinda is how I got into rappers like Snoop Dogg. I'm so glad this game came to Steam, and someday I hope to see the rest of the series on Steam as well. I know you guys are working hard, so keep up all the hard work!
u cant even hit play :(
