Batman: Arkham Asylum Game of the Year Edition

pretty good beat em up but dont go out of your way of buying it by it self get it in a bundul cuz the outher 2 are better

Batman: Arkham Asylum is honestly one of the most atmospheric Batman games ever made. The opening itself is iconic, with Batman bringing Joker into Arkham Asylum and the conversation between them while walking through the prison immediately setting the tone for the whole game. Joker constantly jokes around while Batman stays completely serious, and that contrast between them is perfect. Then Joker escapes and takes over Arkham, and from that point the whole game becomes a creepy and unpredictable ride. The game has such a terrifying atmosphere, especially when you encounter Killer Croc and Scarecrow. The Scarecrow sections are genuinely creepy and some of the most memorable moments in the game. The whole chase to capture Joker is also epic, and the fights with Bane and Poison Ivy are really good as well. What makes the game special is how dark and unsettling Arkham itself feels, almost like the entire asylum is alive. It's a classic Batman experience and the perfect game that started the Arkham series.
