An awesome game, I had a relaxing and fun time while playing.
A very different puzzle, Basketball, Cats and Mars ... There are some rules that make the game more challenging, it took me a while to understand, but then it's just plan. Warning: just don't do this with our little friends, these cats are from another planet! ;)
This game was something I stumbled upon and was a very pleasant surprised, not perfectly polished but very charming.
awesome game! Very clever and funny, loved it!! I really hope for an update with LA Lakers jersey
interesting and atmospheric game, good to spend some time with some challenging puzzles. the aesthetics are pleasant and the music is super relaxing. the details got me tho; the characters accompany you through the level, turning to the direction where the player is, and the kittens sometimes are in the middle of the levels as "obstacles" to make it a little difficult. in general, i dont think the games tiring at all, + good progressive difficulty. cute, cheap & worth to buy, if you're into puzzle go for it son support your local game developers
edit: flipped it to a thumbs down because there's no undo. cats are common in puzzle games (way too commmon if you ask me), sports not so much, and the combination of the two rarely happens, but here we are. bascatball mars is essentially turn-based basketball where the ball is a cat and the court is a hex-based location somewhere on mars. the goal is obvious: the cat has to end up inside the hoop by finding the correct path on all 50 levels, unlocked one after the other. the team consists of 4 players (and their numerous clones). the first can move as many tiles one by one as the movement counter on the scoreboard allows, plus pass or throw. the second guy is stationary and can only pass or throw. the third one always has 3 moves, then passes or throws. the last one is a loose cannon, moves around on its own after every turn and can only be controlled when he has the catball. both passing and scoring have to happen with exactly one tile (or gap) between the player and the hoop and the two players respectively, and all moves have to be used up before a pass and all passes dealt with before going for the money shot. the scoreboard shows available moves for the current player and all passes for the level. can't pass back and forth between the same guys, so if there are 6 passes and 7 players on the level, everybody has to be involved, and you can't step on a hex that's already been used, obviously. teleporters, however, can be used over and over again. they enter the picture halfway through the game and make things a lot more complicated and there is no undo to ease up on repeating the same moves. controls are very simple, all you need is the left mouse button to move around, then click other players or the hoop to get rid of the ball. this is paired with great graphics and music, separate volume settings (though they aren't saved between sessions), next/previous music track, windowed mode (unresizable window, so it's useless) and a level selection screen. no way to turn off the timer on the scoreboard, which doesn't do anything (hidden achievements are for completing levels without resetting them), but it's always my preference to get rid of it and I couldn't do it here. no other issues to speak of, it's a fun little puzzler at a good price, would be worth giving it a shot, but it's too tedious without undo.
A game really Foda pa caraio
