ima keep it a buck, the game is VERY SMALL, (this is my opinion from when i last played, before the latest update so this review may be subject to change) the missions may get a little repetitive, and grinding Gold + Nanosys for spinning the Gacha can be a bit tedious. However the game is still pretty fun in its own right. Unlike actual Gacha games such as Genshin, Wuwa, Zenless, Etc. this game does not appear to be pay to win. you pretty much have to manually progress in terms of loot and mission progress. If you wanted to take a break from some hardcore PVP games, BE2S is good way to destress. The gunplay is very simple and straightforward. You can make some pretty interesting character builds with the ability system to change up your gameplay. The best part about this game is that its free, and takes up under 10 gigs of storage. I recommend this game for players who want a simplified experience that does not have to be taken to seriously.

It's a very cute and fun game for the evening. I recommend it to everyone. The author is really smart and tries to add new and interesting things to the game. You can also play this game with a friend.

Anime game? Definitely gonna try, although it feels repetitive, but only worth to play for 1 times, not gonna do 10 times
Best part of the game was randomly seeing a spot mid game or in the lobby and an idea of a pose pops up then to spend 10-20 minutes using the character camera pose or pre-made posing and emotes to take a screenshot. Only issue was sometimes I had to restart lobby to because I was unable to start a mission. Would recommend playing with someone to make more poses even better (cool patient person required).
Nah bruh what are these negative reviews bro. It's a FREE game by a SINGLE PERSON(or 2 not really sure). And you are over here nitpicking issues with the game and not giving constructive feedback just calling it trash. Like grow tf up and have your reviews make more sense (Ik It says I have low playtime but it's cause of a steam client issue idk why, but I actually have around 5 hours or so, not 70 minutes. Pretty sure it's cloud desyncing my playtime or something)
With 10 hours in I can comfortably say that this game needed far more time in the oven and a couple of decisions rethought before it released from early access. -Generative AI being found throughout levels makes you lose interest incredibly quick -Linux compatibility isn't worked on enough with crashes, and even bricking my Steam Deck all together -Some weapons don't make sense such as the grenade launcher. You can do 480 points of damage to certain objective points like turrets, but only does 32 to bosses and 120 to normal enemies -Audio is incredibly disorienting with audio bits being far louder than others, making you turn your whole volume done to avoid jump-scares or ear damage all together -Movement is still far too stiff like rolling, when rolling you lose your momentum for a split second which is crucial when trying to take cover. This is an extremely crucial mechanic to avoid large swarms of fire and AOE attacks, but with how its implemented it just becomes a chore to use - DLC weaponry drops even if you don't have the DLC which makes you unable to use them, pushing you to buy packs of 5 to 7 dollars just for the weapons license. It's quite predatory since you shouldn't be able to even get them in the first place since you don't have the DLC and baits you with it. They do sell well for in-game cash which is nice, but just takes room in your inventory if you don't own it. -English needs an overhaul on its grammar, since it feels like it was simply machine translated. You can understand the jist of everything, but after a while trying to understand what it's portraying or telling you, it can give you a bit of a headache. -The DLC shop which is in the casino you unlock by fixing the home base slightly is labeled Money Sucker Center, I am not a sucker for supporting a game's future. Although I guess that's what XenoAisam see's you as. I understand if it was just for the casino that would make sense, but by putting a real currency shop in it as well, that's all it comes off as. And the sign as well uses AI artwork -Maps are so big in certain cases, that without the scanner you simply get lost with barely any help on direction. There are arrows painted on walls, but when coming to crossroads in sewers that can also go up and down, it simply does not help enough. I have smaller gripes, but that wraps up the jist of the main problems. The main thing that turns me off as a whole is the Generative AI artwork. The more I saw when i was under frustrating moments, the more it killed my curiosity with the game all together. It does feel like you're playing an Xbox 360 Arcade game which is the only positive I have to add. Otherwise, I can't recommend it in it's current state and it's future if it continues to use AI artwork and poor optimization. Good amount of effort has been put into this game, but that all goes down the toilet when you use AI.
