When a sarcastic bard is arrested and exiled to an abandoned castle, she expected to be at the mercy of a hungry, blood-thirsty vampire. She soon discovers that the vampire, Lucius, is not starving: he is gravely bored. She may just survive on borrowed time, one ballad each midnight.

I dunno, I really wanted to like this game, but the story just feels like they are speedrunning enemies to lovers and consists of lore dumps. The premise of the story is interesting and some of the lore is as well. But I just found myself so bored most of the time. I also cringed at some parts of the dialogue. In general, writing is a hit or miss, in my opinion. The voice acting was okayish but I was not a fan of the voice acting for the MC. She is supposed to be a bard, so I kind of expected her to be able to sing well. I don't want to be rude, but it is pretty clear that the voice actress for MC is not much of a singer, as the song was often off-key. Maybe it is also just because of the script that the dialogue felt so awkward. I am sure a lot of work went into this game, but it just was not for me.

abigail and lucius are both charming characters and the dialogue is great. the voice acting is not amazing (i muted it pretty fast). really liked this game!
very cringe but i cant lie i wouldve eaten this up if Lucius was a woman so.....
Just skipped through the story with an autoclicker and got 14 new achievements in some seconds.
I'm not drooling, you're drooling. Jokes aside, I found this short VN to be an absolute delight. The writing, atmosphere and visuals were fantastic. I got sucked in to the world and the romance was so fun and beautiful to experience. My only criticism would be about the actual singing of the songs as they were rough. Saying this though I completely understand not being able to have extra voices to lend to the game. Looking forward to more from these devs, writers and artists! <3
the story had me hooked a lot of times
