Back to the Future: Ep 2 - Get Tannen!

There's not too much to say about Back to the Future: Ep 2 - Get Tannen!, it continues the storyline of the first and is a good entry in this episodic series. 7/10

"Time-travelling is just too dangerous. Better that I devote myself to study the other great mystery of the universe: WOMEN!" - Emmett Lathrop Brown (2015) The second episode was kind of a slow burn that turned out to be fun. It only hit me when I was in the final act going into the next episode. I thought it lacked depth and the player is just running around the same location of Hill Valley. How wrong I was. It was until Episode 3 that I realized that Episode 2 had much to offer. The detective skill play was the best in this episode compared to all other episodes and I fully enjoyed portraying/disguising myself as a famous mob henchman: Harry Callahan of the Valenti Gang from Sacramento. Overall, the story arc of Episode 2 was well established when setting up a gangster-themed chapter. Underrated. It deserved more love from me initially. After completing Episode 1, I immediately had to play Episode 2. My review for the first episode applies to episode 2 as well as I had a lot of fun playing this episode. Great story with an intriguing premise about avoiding yourself in the past, which brings a bit more excitement to the gameplay. There were more difficult puzzles in my opinion than episode 1 as the solutions seemed almost arbitrary and there was a lot of trial and error in order to get through to the next part of the story. I had to refer to a walkthrough guide on more occasions this time round. The one thing that stood out to me was the name I selected in episode 1 as my alias was completely irrelevant in this game, as they just went with one of the other options. This could have easily been fixed had they just given the option again when you go back in time. No problem with Audio this time which is good but my game did crash at the beginning.

[h1]백 투 더 퓨처: 에피소드 2 - 겟 테넌![/h1] ​ 영화 '백 투 더 퓨처'의 IP를 가져다가 새로운 스토리를 추가하여 만든 텔테일의 '백 투 더 퓨처: 더 게임'의 두 번째 에피소드이다. 장르는 3D 3인칭 / 카툰 그래픽 / 퍼즐 / 어드벤쳐 게임. 게임이다. 전형적인 텔테일 게임 방식으로, 돌아다니면서 정보와 아이템을 수집하고, 퍼즐을 풀면서, NPC와 대화하며 진행하게 된다. ​ 에피소드 2의 스토리는 이전 에피소드에서 마티가 과거로 돌아가 브라운 박사를 구하는데, 시간대가 꼬여 현재의 마티가 사라질 위기에 처하거나 마티 가족이 불행한 꼴을 당하게 된다. 그래서 다시 과거로 돌아가 뒷수습을 하게 된다. 그 과정에서 현재의 마티 가족이 불행해지는 원인인 테넌 패거리를 박살내게 된다. 물론 또다시 바뀐 과거로 현재가 엉망이 되고, 이는 에피소드 3으로 이어진다. ​ 아쉽게도 게임이 오래되고, 텔테일 회사도 망해서 후속 지원도 이루어지지 않아 버그가 꽤 있다. 스토리도 꽤 잘 짜여있고 나름 재미있지만, 여러 문제 때문에 그렇게까지 추천하고 싶지는 않다. 게다가 스팀 상점에서도 내려가서 중고키가 아닌 이상 살 방법이 없기도 하다.​ 이런 문제를 다 겪을 정도로 그렇게 재밌지도 않다. 참고로 유저 한글패치가 있다.​​ ​ 에피소드 2의 플레이 타임은 3시간 정도. 전체 5개 에피소드의 플레이 시간을 전부 합치면, '백 투더 퓨처: 더 게임'의 전체 플레이 시간은 14시간 정도이다. ​ [b][u]플레이 날짜[/u][/b]: 2020.09. ​ [b][u]진행도[/u][/b]: 엔딩 봄.

Неплохая игра со средненьким сюжетом и практически полным отсутствием геймплея (походи по сцене, нажми на кнопку и повторить), которая выезжает исключительно на ностальгии от фильмов. Если вы фанат этих фильмов, то вам практически наверняка зайдет, если же нет, то лучше проходите мимо. 6/10.
