Vampire Survivors for poor gaymers.

Avenger Sharks blows away old school Robotron. Avenger Sharks has full controller support, which works flawlessly. Modern gamers will define Avenger Sharks as a roguelite because you can power up your shark which is cool. Avenger Sharks is also free. For that price Avenger Sharks is a 10/10. https://steamcommunity.com/groups/indieretrogamers

Fun game to pick up and play got like 950000 first time through
Fun, silly game that makes you lose track of time while playing! It’s best played with a controller. Highly recommend for a quick, entertaining way to pass the time!
Hello amazing humans! 😁👍 This game is free, so what do you have to lose? I got about half an hour of enjoyment from this before I was able to crash the game. 💥 I'm pretty sure the game didn't know what to do when there weren't two choices available at the end of the wave. 💥 Nonetheless, I had fun for FREE, and so can you! While the music is the same track on repeat, it made me want to groove and move, so that's always a plus! 🎵🎶➕ (Also it's a short experience, so repetitive music isn't really a problem to me.) Have fun gaming everyone! 🎮 ~ Stormcrow 🐦🦅
Better than most Ubisoft games.
Well met, weary traveler, as we embark upon the realm of Steam reviews, where wisdom and whimsy intertwine like the strands of a chaotic potion. But fret not, for I bring forth not just a review, but a prophecy of the future, a glimpse into the alternate dimension where games are played with spoons and controllers are but relics of the past. The Steam Reviewer's Guide to Surviving the Apocalypse: Step 1: Preparation Gather thy provisions: a trusty keyboard, a mouse with a steady click, and a screen that reflects the depths of your soul. For in the digital wasteland, these shall be your faithful companions, steadfast in the face of crashing servers and endless loading screens. Step 2: Navigation Navigate through the desolate landscape of Early Access titles and abandoned forums. Beware the trolls and the false prophets, for they lurk in the shadows like loot-hungry goblins, ready to snatch your sanity at every turn. Keep a wary eye out for the lurking bots and the cheaters, those foul creatures that pollute the purity of our gaming realm. Step 3: Adaptation Adapt to the ever-changing world of patches and updates. Embrace the glitches, for they are but quirks in the grand tapestry of gaming. Like a skilled alchemist, turn these mishaps into moments of triumph, for victory tastes sweeter when earned through adversity. Step 4: Collaboration Forge alliances with fellow survivors, for in unity lies strength. Together, we shall weather the storm of microtransactions and loot boxes, standing tall against the tide of pay-to-win villains like noble knights in a digital crusade. Step 5: Celebration Celebrate the victories, no matter how small, with the gusto of a bard recounting tales of old. For in the darkest of dungeons, even a single achievement shines like a legendary artifact, a testament to your courage and tenacity. And thus, dear reader, I bestow upon thee this humble offering, a guide to navigate the treacherous waters of Steam and emerge victorious on the other side. May your framerates be high and your loading times short. Until we meet again, keep gaming on, fellow travelers. Keep gaming on.
I like how this game has HIGH SCORE at the top of the screen much like other arcade style games. The emphasis on a score adds to the replay value of the game as you can push yourself to get the score higher and higher to beat your personal best and set a new one. This is where a lot of the fun is at in this game and I see myself getting my bro to play this too so we can fight it out over who can outscore who. I think it would have been nice if it would have included a top 5 or 10 scores ranked where you can put your initials in and any friends you get to play this locally could do as well. This addition would have really brought home the arcade game feel. Leaderboards to compare scores with other Steam users would have been great as well. For the achievement hunters out there, you should pick this one up as it is a pretty quick, fun and easy game to get all achievements in.
