AMAZING GAME would recommend buying but turn down your resolution and it should be fine

Rating: 7/10 ASTRONEER is a game that I really want to love and haven't gave up yet. I've heard so many positive things about it, and after playing, I can definitely see the potential. The exploration, crafting, base-building, and resource management mechanics are all appealing, and the overall concept is exactly the kind of game I enjoy. However, there's one major issue that prevented me from fully getting into it: the tutorial. The onboarding experience is not very intuitive, and I often found myself wandering around trying to figure out what I was supposed to do next. Instead of learning naturally through gameplay, I spent a lot of time confused and searching for answers. This is frustrating because the cost of the game and the core gameplay seems genuinely fun. The sense of discovery and progression is there, but getting started feels more difficult than it should be. A better tutorial or clearer guidance would make the game much more accessible for new players. Despite my mixed feelings, I'm not ready to give up on it. I plan to give ASTRONEER a few more chances because I can see the potential beneath the confusing introduction. Whether I end up loving it or not will depend on whether the gameplay opens up enough to justify the initial learning curve. Pros Great concept and gameplay mechanics Fun exploration and crafting Relaxing atmosphere Strong sense of progression and discovery Plenty of potential for long-term enjoyment Cons Poor tutorial Confusing for new players Lack of clear direction early on Can leave players feeling lost
