Astrohazard Solutions Ltd. is a fun F2P twin stick hazard deflecting game with a surprisingly decent story. Reminding me of the good old times playing browser flash games like RPG Shooter: Starwish, Astrohazard Solutions Ltd. comes with the nice mix of simple and fun gameplay and a story told between contracts. The job is to use the AstroBeam cannon to push any hazard away from the objective you are trying to protect by sometimes changing focus to deflect a faster smaller asteroids to return to the bigger slower one. There are 3 drones to control with the main one giving full flying and cannon control while the other two restrict either the drone or cannon. The game offers 28 contracts and it's worth reading up contract details because some of them pay more for having the station severely damaged or with specific instructions like having a total of 2 hazards hit the station to pay up at all. Progression with upgrades is well paced and at some of the contracts you may feel overpowered until the big asteroids come. A Space Invaders inspired mini game is available for high score chasing. Movement controls and the main weapon are responsive. Later upgrades give access to the other weapons, a tractor beam that allows for manual control of hazards that needs to be used slowly for it not to lose control, so I didn't find much use for it outside specific contracts where you place asteroids in a container and the energy pulsating mine that can deflect hazards, but I found the deflection pulse too weak and the mine would easily get destroyed by a speeding hazard going through it. Luckily the main weapon can handle any hazard. The story is told by interacting with each employee of the corporation between the contracts. It's interesting to see how employees with different beliefs and understanding of how things work mesh together and somehow make a corporation work at all. But it doesn't stop there, secrets will be exposed and after some twists, it ends with a bang. For achievement hunters: Contracts can be replayed for achievements and their specific challenges, this post offers great advice. https://steamcommunity.com/groups/100pAG/discussions/1/490123197937655532/?ctp=334#c4265444591482919093 And score 30,000 points in the Space Invaders mini game.

_____________8__88_____8 ____________88_8__8_____8 ___________888_____88___88888 __________8888______88_8____88 _________8888_______88______8_8 _________8888_______88______8_8 _________8888_______8_______8 _________8888_____8_______8 __________88888____8______8 ___________8888888______8 __888_________88888_8 8888888________88_____ _8888888_______8_____ __888888_______88_____ ___88_____8_____8_____ ____8______8____8_____8_88 _______8888_8__88_8_88888 _____888888_8_88__8888888 ____8888888__88______88888 ____88888_____8_________888 ____88_________8__________8 _____8_________8_____ _______________8_____ ____________8_8_____ _____________88_8_____ ______________88_____ ______________8_____
a reasonably fun, asteroids-ish physics arcade game with a decent art style, and a small yet highly appreciable story layered over the top. my only complaint with it is to do with the dialogue; in the game's current state, I can understand at least 85% percent of the game's dialogue. 5% percent of it however is hard for me to understand because of minor grammar and phrasing issues, the other 10% was lost mid gameplay whilst important plot related text was randomly spewed at me whilst I was busy staring intently at other areas of the screen, hunting for fresh debris. I ultimatley had to play the game with a friend reading the dialogue over the gameplay. I think that particular point could easily be fixed with either a voice over (the ideal solution) or a post mission transcript (the cost effective solution). all that aside, I enjoyed the game for what it was a and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a small game to kill a few hours with
Fun little 2D flying debris prevention type game. Has a fairly deep story considering how simple and short it is. Well worth the money and reasonably easy, fun and challenging if you wish to get all the achievements. I recommend engaging in all the dialogues and emails for full immersion, some of them offer little clues to what is coming and helps the ending make sense. Enjoyed the game quite a bit.
A very fun little game that will test your reflexes. You fly around as an Operator and try to push away hazards approaching your spaceship or whatever it is you were hired to protect. The controls are very responsive which is crucial in a game of that type. You can also upgread your spaceship using money you earned during the missions. It may come as a surprise to you but the game has a story which is very rare for a game of that genre. And not only that, but it's filled with funny, likable characters. The only downside for me is that you often find yourself skipping through dialogues because of the sheer amout of them. Fortunately it is not necessary to even engage the characters in the conversation if you don't want to, the game doesn't force you to do so. Overall I enjoyed the game very much and I think price to quality ratio is more than fair.

Astrohazard Solutions Ltd. - Game where you're a pilot for a space drone inside a massive corporation and you have contracts where you protect other vessels and make sure they don't have their vessels/buildings destroyed. Easy enough and straight forward to play, however the twists in the game and the characters are what made the game just that much better. Honestly wasn't expecting anything and then out popped a full fledged story that had twists and a plot and everything, and it's free to play. Good on you devs, keep up the good work!!
Asteroids are the backbone of your company in this game where players are thrust into the delicate art of asteroid wrangling. Armed with the precise AstroBeam cannon, it’s less about brute force and more about finesse. You’ll orchestrate an interstellar ballet, gently nudging these cosmic rocks away from disaster zones while dodging calamities with the grace of a caffeinated astronaut. The game cleverly blends cutting-edge physics with a witty twist, turning space missions into a cosmic comedy show. Characters like Gor and Stasis add more drama than a solar flare, injecting the gameplay with a supernova of entertainment. The charmingly cartoonish art style feels like stumbling upon a jovial alien neighbor, offering a visual feast that's out of this world. Strategic minds will find satisfaction in the gameplay, even if the occasional asteroid waltz feels a tad repetitive. And while the tech upgrades could use a dash more excitement, this cosmic escapade remains a stellar choice for its inventive mechanics and delightful humor.
