GREAT GAME!! PLAYABLE WITH A CONTROLLER, PRETTY GOOD FOR MY EXPERIENCE. HOWEVER PLAYING IT WITH A STEERINGWHEEL MAKES IT EVEN BETTER AND MORE REALISTIC. NICE GRAPHICS, NICE CARS... STILL NEEDS SOME WORK IN PROGRESS, ESPECCIALLY ON THE OLDER (FIRST CARS IN GAME, THE MINI DRIVES REALLY LIKE ♥♥♥♥) RWD IS STILL INSANE HARD WITHOUT ABS OR TC ON RAINY OR SNOWY ROADS BUT I LOVE THE CHALLENGE. AFTER +-65H I HAVE SEVERAL TOP 5% RANKINGS

I have been watching the reviews for this game for a while now to see how it is progressing. Version 0.6, early access looks promising from Steam reviews and Youtube reviews, so I have decided to jump on board. I love sim rally games. Reminds me of my youth and drifting around quite shingle back roads in the South Island of New Zealand in the late 1980's, and of Possom Bourne (Kiwi rally legend). After playing for 3 hours, this game really is heading in the right direction. Visuals are great giving a sense of realism and place. You really do have to concentrate as the tracks have been laser scanned. This level of detail highlights the dips on the inside of corners (thump), the rocks on the side of the road (rattle and crack), which you would normally fly through in the likes of KT Racing/NACON's WRC10, but have impact on driving outcomes. You also have to concentrate on cornering which some can be unforgiving, but satisfying when you get it right. Do I have any con's or comments? Yes I do but not really deal breakers. They are currently, one, it would be nice to see in the future they upgrade FSR 3 to 4. Two, when you do go off the track (unforgiving corners) that the tree/bushes physics seem a a little strange when they break off sometimes. I would say a bit floaty and hang. I have a wee bit of work to trim up the controller (XBOX) settings to get optimal response, but overall happy with results so far and for me is playable. One day I'll look at getting a wheel and pedals. Dirt Rally and Dirt Rally 2.0 drew me into this addiction, and I am pleased to hear that some former Codemaster staff are part of the Supernova Games Studio team. As I have said I have only played for 3 hours, and overall it is a great rally sim. It is early access with the ability to comment direct to Supernova via their website ( https://assettocorsa.gg/assetto-corsa-rally/ ). Supernova also appears to be committed to full release (1.0), from what is on their website and reviewers comments, so I am happy to jump on board, However I recommend you do your own research.

I think the best Rallye game ever
BEST RALLY GAME EVER. NO JOKE. JUST NEED SOME SETUP'S. LOL.
Great rally racing sim!
Listen, I'm a doctor depending who you ask and playing Asetto Corsa Rally in the mornings for a couple stages is a great brain exercise that will help keep your mind sharp throughout the day. Having a ton of fun with this game. It's been a while since a racing game physically brought a smile to my face from true "Oh ♥♥♥♥!" moments. Hit a left 3 over crest in the mini, cut a bit too much and came out of the corner losing control off camber, hammered the wheel right to left trying to regain control, went up on 2 right wheels for a second to smack back down on the tarmac regaining control into a tight right for a clean save, it was wild. I wish I recorded it. In the Peugeot I swipe-clipped a barrier in a chicane that damaged the driver door pretty bad but it was still hanging on.. until further down the course I hit something on the left side while cutting too aggressively that was a pretty hard bump up off the road and it was strong enough to comedically knock my heavily damaged door off which is a level of detail I did not expect that gave me a good "oh ♥♥♥♥!" laugh. The damage effects are very detailed and immersive, way way more than I expected using Asetto Corsa as a baseline. The Subaru is wild and a ton of fun to drive. When you finish a long stage with a force feedback wheel you get that sigh of relief like you completed some type of endurance. I'm having "I bought it on sale and wish I paid full price" fun with it and we're only at version 0.5 I do wish there was a way to lock control bindings to a car similar, to the camera views...Every time I want to change from a vehicle with a sequential shifter like the Peugeot (I use gear 3 for down, 4 for up) to a 6 speed H shifter pattern like the Subaru and vise versa I have to change my bindings which gets kind of annoying after a while, so hopefully they add this in an update. It would also be cool to see a mode where you go through a season with a team and all that, but I know that's never really been in AC's realm from what I can tell As for the physics, graphics, sound and all that... purest representation of the purest form of racing hands down
