I have tried running this game in same many variations using upscaling in game and outwith on my rog ally x Z2 extreme 24gb Ram 8gb Vram and trhe game is simply unplayable and non reliable even when on very low preset. i have the device docked using turbo mode 35w and still this game is very inconsistant. some days i have got it to work 60fps but looks like minecraft. other days i have no force feedback on fanatec clubsport dd plus wheelbase and wheel. other days i have to restart the game entirely just to get settings that's been changed to register within game. also being on unreal engine 5 this game is so taxing even on the most high end pcs just because of the engine it was built on. I will await a few years until is optimised and appears on playstation because this is just a mess. I have spent hours more time in settings menus or in AMD Adrenaline software to try get it to admit. sorry kunos games but this is a hard pass back to EA WRC OR DIRT RALLY 2.0. This game needs some serious optimisation.
maybe not relevant for others, but a deal braker for me: force feedback not in a usable state with fanatec dd+ - that is working okay-ish in assetto corsa evo (and good in ac og and acc and other games). so photomode and multiplayer and livery updates are usesless for me in a sim racing game, when i can't get a feeling for the sim racing experience in this title. oh, and controller setup is unintuitive and partly confusing. different than in other ac titles (where it can be weird too). not a blocker, but not helping for understanding, if my setup is the issue or the game. refunded unfortunately, the base is not there for me.
used to run good but this latest release brings my RX7600 to its knees. it says Im getting 60 fps but 15 is more like it. Not playable currently
If you think you can drive, I dare you to play this game :)

This game is really for all drivers who link kinks
latest update 29 June 2026: Multiplayer is now here! :) 0.5.1 also came after this ;16th July https://store.steampowered.com/news/app/3917090/view/697644549761139076?l=english The rally experience is next to none. It's got the classic FWD, RWD, and AWD rally, and stages that are either sector-based, or you're racing the AI. Your car experiences all the trauma you put it through. It's funny and a complete learning experience. Take it slow. Learn the track, really get good. One of the things I really enjoy about this so far, is that everything your co-pilot is telling you, has a progress bar as you're progressing through it, to really indicate where you are - based on what they have told you., You need to earn medals to unlock new cars, and stages and it gets challenging very quickly. But once you've got them all :) You're free to use them wherever you please in the racing modes ;) Moza R5 thrives in this game above 100% gain; Pithouse settings, and In-game settings needs considerable time and modification to set up as you require it. It will take some time to get it right, but once it's set, you can then tune your cars in the area prior to race starts, or if a build is off you can restart to the service area. Change TC ond ABS on the fly, as per surface, or turn it off :) These are my in-game and pithouse settings: https://imgur.com/a/0-5-acr-settings-TkLweZV Inside the car setups, you can further increase the FFB< if you're not feeling it like you need. There is a problem with the inputs being delayed. Nvidia Low Latency : ON <- was not as good as Ultra, to get the fast gear-downs - but I have reported it on the ACRally discord, unlike the people in Steam community discussions that cry for Steam reactions but don't really want it to be changed. Feedback on the above within the AMD Anti-lag have also improved experiences with it on :) The graphics are stunning, and I don't believe I've got anything maxed, more normal and High's -> no DLSS available as far as I saw, if you want to try force this, use Nvidia Profile inspector.
it's like an upgraded Dirt Rally 2 - but without the full amount of tracks, or car selection as its in development [\spoiler]
咋回事?我尘埃 2.0 都能开得好好的,到这里像开醉车一样?有点怀疑游生了……
It is understood this is under development prodcut, but the physics and FFB need lots of improvement. Graphics are nice but need to be optimized to help FPS. The cars feels floaty and not connected to the road and this on asphalt and at very low speed. Sports cars or rally cars are not especially hard to get moving but hard to master at high speeds. But this game makes cars sliding around on any surface at any speed. FFB is so weak and even using Moza game profile which dial everything up still force without a feedback about what the car is doing.
Great visuals, but the gravel physics need serious work My biggest issue with Assetto Corsa Rally is the lack of grip. Braking distances feel excessively long, and every car slides endlessly on gravel, making it feel more like driving on snow. I have drifted a rear-wheel-drive car on snow in real life and felt more grip than I do here in an all-wheel-drive rally car. Many players seem to confuse difficulty with realism. A car being extremely hard to control does not automatically make the simulation realistic. Honestly, many things I attempt in this game feel like they would be easier to do in a real car than with a good wheel-and-pedal setup. The cars also seem to lack weight. During one corner, I hit a small bump at only around 30 km/h, and it caused my car to roll several times. I can understand the bump briefly lifting the car, but flipping it repeatedly at such a low speed feels excessive and unrealistic. At times, the cars feel as if they are made of cardboard. Changing the camera settings improved the sense of speed, but the cars still look and feel slower than they should. This is especially obvious in replays: even after a clean, fast run, the car appears to be sliding slowly through the stage. Compare that with real rally footage, where the speed is immediately obvious from similar camera angles. This lack of grip also takes away much of the excitement. Dirt Rally 2.0 may have too much grip, but it delivers a far stronger sense of speed and intensity, and its replays resemble real rally footage much more closely. On asphalt, the grip is slightly better, but the force feedback feels too light and smooth. The wheel is thrown from side to side too easily, yet lacks the natural weight and stability of a real steering wheel. Visually, the game is outstanding. The cars and environments look fantastic and genuinely next-generation. Unfortunately, the handling, force feedback, vehicle weight, and overall realism are not there yet for me.
it is simple - fix you physics - coming form a driver - cars don't slide with high grip tires going 45km/h on asphalt with a gentle steering input - every surface feels like ice - hard/undrive-able car doesn't mean realistic (it has been done in other games it makes the game aweful) especially if the car in real life is known for great handling and awesome grip
