As a closing end to Ezio, the story is great bringing all the fun things that previous game brought, while adding the hook blade. Every AC game needs the hook blade!!!
Assassin’s Creed Revelations is the dramatic conclusion to the Ezio trilogy of games and, while I can’t say I dislike it, it’s not as strong as Ezio’s previous two games. Honestly, it feels like an extended DLC for Brotherhood more than anything. The base game mechanics are mostly the same, which a few additions that range from great (the hookblade, which feels great in parkour) to baffling (a tower defense minigame, for some reason). Constantinople feels great, much as Rome did before it, and was pretty much a dream Assassin’s Creed setting for me, and the story is good, tying into Altair’s story (and retroactively making me like him quite a bit more) and acting as a sort of capstone for both Ezio as Desmond. Unfortunately, I found the cast of new supporting characters in Revelations weak, compared to the established cast of Ezio’s previous games. This is probably due to them simply not being around for as long, but still, it’s a shame. And, while it mostly runs very well, I had a couple of inexplicable crashes towards the end of the game that made finishing the game a slog. So overall, far from the best Assassin’s Creed game, but not bad. (As a note at the end, the Steam achievements just… didn’t work for me. None of them ever fired. I don’t particularly care about Steam achievements, but if you do, bear in mind that they may just not work)

Certified hood classic. one of the most brutal and satisfying games in the series the finishers are nasty and doing combo kills with multiple enemies feels amazing. the world feels incredibly alive there was not a single moment i spent exploring where i felt bored. the music is so beautiful its one of the best soundtracks in ac. the parkour is some of the best in the series it feels very fluid and responsive unlike the first game. and i didnt have to do anything to get it to work so thats always a good start to ubisoft games. got it on sale for 5 bucks its the best five dollars ive spent in a long time. Edit: got about halfway thru the game and it started crashing a bunch randomly and every time it would crash my controller would stop working and id have to go into the control settings and switch from mouse and keyboard back to controlller i fixed the crashing by simply changing the hertz from 165 to 60 and putting vsync on.
it is a good game to spend your time in. And also ubisoft cooked with the ending and said one of the best goodbyes in the history to the ezio

I thought that after Brotherhood, game mechanics couldn’t get any worse. I admit, I was wrong. The combat and movement mechanics are so bad that they completely kill any desire to play the game. Halfway through the story, you have only one desire - to finish the game as quickly as possible, delete it, and forget it like a bad dream. I don’t know where Ubisoft finds such talentless developers, but it manages to hit a new low every single time. The core mechanics are so bad that you lose all interest in the story, quests, side missions, and achievements. You have only one desire - to finish the game and never go back to it again. The poor mechanics have ruined everything.
