lack of a external wiki is abit rough but i can build my own spread sheet with the table info, no spoilers needed for any of the cards cause its better if you go in unspoiled, but it is abit of a pain without somewhere else to see the table info, can still recommend.
Still giving it a thumbs-up, but this game is WAY too hard for a casual person, especially someone without a lot of time or willingness to take notes. I want to like this game. I really do. The premise is interesting, the flavor is captivating. But I honestly can't understand it. The game itself is too esoteric to grasp properly from the get-go. That needs to be fixed. Yeah, I get that Cultist Simulator and Book of Hours are much the same, but at least you can look up a guide for them.
This is a very interesting, very unique game. As others have said, it is not for everyone: it primarily involves reading text, and you have to be willing to make some guesses and experiment with where to set the tokens. Pay attention to where they are set during the tutorial, and read the starter lore pages about each token to begin to formulate some guesses about what settings will work best and why. But also don't be afraid to mix it up. The first several hours my character kept dying. Then I decided to take more risks and lean into the story, and it helped a lot, but I still felt stuck after a while. So I started a brand new character and that helped even more; at the 10 hour point I feel I am starting to get the idea, although I also suspect this is just the tip of the iceberg. For $2.99 in the summer sale it was not much of a financial risk, and it seems to have a lot of depth. For people who like story and exploration, rather than 3D graphics explosions, I recommend trying it - it deserves more exposure than it so far has achieved. There are a couple videos with a player and the developer playing the first couple chapters, which might be worth watching, but they move slowly. I recommend the developer add a little bit more guidance - any hints he gives during those videos, write them down and put them in a hints page in the lore or something... because I suspect many people give up too soon out of frustration.
Met death, real friendly!
Interesting design- and gameplay flow. A bit strange art choice. Good story.

There are tooltips for the controls but I did struggle to figure it out for the first two campaign attempts; I love how the story changes with every dial turn on the board, it's just a neat and fun wild ride with dice rolls and stats Addendum: I finally completed a ritual and can comfortably say I get how the game operates from start to finish. The gods are finicky in this one, can't fully trust my gut on decisions just 'cuz of time card rolls, the runes will move and you have to take that into account. I'd dare compare it to a Sims game since the character you control has a personality of their own, despite your having control over their decisions. My wild ride assertion still stands.
Se você gosta de um jogo que perfeitamente captura o mistério e a "vibe" do "The Room" mas ama jogar Talisman, esse jogo é para você. Jogue com um amigo e desvende os mistérios dos temas que governam o universo :)
Onerosoi is a good for nothing; but the rest of the game is good.
Can be confusing at first but it feels very rewarding as you learn your way through this narrative rich game.
