待望の陸上戦。ユニットも複数あって船に乗せて敵地で下船して制圧。anno1800には無かった要素です。 が、せっかくの陸上戦もチュートリアルを兼ねたキャンペーンに集約してしまってクリア後のサンドボックスでは街づくりメインのゲームになり、強引に戦争になるようにしないとほぼ戦闘は起きないです。キャンペーン中も攻城兵器をせっかく用意してるのに、最後の最後まで作れません。作ったらほぼクリアみたいな兵器でもあるので、そうなってます。それでも街づくりゲームで戦闘要素あるゲームの中では出来は頭ひとつ抜けてます。
