Alucinod is a first-person puzzle game where gravity changes to match the ground beneath your feet. There are no walls, there is no up, it all depends on where you stand.

Other reviews say "short." I don't think it's the duration of the game that's the issue, but that there were genuinely not enough unique mechanics. Here's how I see it; if there was a refined sequel to Alucinod, "Alucinod 1" would probably be skippable. It felt more like a labyrinth with Portal style buttons and entrances. I would like to see other mechanics besides bringing boxes to floor buttons and timed switches. Although it's understandable that creating unique puzzles with Escher style architecture will put you on the insane/genius spectrum. The only thing I've played where I'd say "this guy is crazy" is English Country Tune, creator of Stephen's Sausage Roll. That said, it has great atmosphere. I'm a sucker for "dark" ambiance, and so the translucent mannequins and music is great. I would play it again if I could, but there's not much left after beating the game. Alucinod was a unique experience, but I hoped for more complexity in retrospect. And, if Alucinod and Disoriented had a baby, it would be the next best puzzle game.
Your personal gravity is dependent on your orientation, which can be changed by walking on curved surfaces. It's pretty confusing and good.

It's a short, but excellently crafted experience. Fans of Antichamber and Escher need apply inside, but definitely wait for a sale based on the game length
Well that took me 4 hours to complete the game! I loved the futuristic visuals in the game. From an accessibility standpoint (I'm an accessibility advocate), this game is not for those with motion sickness, but for me, I did not experience that. I stick with it no matter how disorienting the game can be. The biggest positive for me is the in-game font size. Thank you for making the font size large enough for my visual disability. I was diagnosed with optic nerve hypoplasia and I am blind in my left eye. I'm able to complete the entire game despite my visual disability. Specs: CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 5900X CPU RAM: 64GB of RAM (overkill, but it's my productivity PC as well) GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 GPU Resolution/Refresh Rate: 3840x2160 at 60Hz OS: CachyOS (based on Arch Linux) The game is very smooth at that resolution, although I do have amblyopia (lazy eye) and I don't think I can tell much of a resolution difference between 1920x1080 and 3840x2160 as well as tell the difference between 30 to 60 FPS.
A solid good puzzle game that is certainly worth recommending playing. The main puzzle mechanic of changing gravity is simple and effective. The game is short, but it did not feel like the game was too short. If it would have continued it would have felt like the main puzzle mechanic would have become repetitive. This game has some of the best lighting in games. Although the environments are minimalistic they look very good because of that lighting. The shadow figures you encounter add an element of mystique to the game.
Short gravity focused puzzle exploration game with liminal vibes. This is a megastructure game.
It's a short but great experience. First and foremost this game is smooth. The mechanic is so well implemented it's amazing. It doesnt feel cheap or clunky, every transition feels nice and the puzzle are thought out. Beside that the art is amazing and the music, while not groundbreaking, blends really well with everything else. All in all, it's eerie and beautiful, challenging at time but not frustrating. There are some really amazing sight during the gameplay. I wished it would have lasted for 1 more hour but the quality alone is worth it.
非常独特且具有风格性的游戏,解谜的同时也不失趣味性,画面整体基调非常养眼,而且似乎还带有一定的故事性。希望官方能够推出续集,这是款很优秀的作品。

Whatever you do, don't play this hungover without a bucket nearby. Decent game, although motion-sickness inducing.
