I know I'm late to the party, but as someone who has played this game for a couple years at this point (downloaded from itch) it is seriously one of my favorite games to play. As someone who loves aliens, dystopias, unique characters, and multiple ending games, it was right up my alley. I also love how the world has bright and cheery graphics, but then the characters are each going through their own layers of hell. Play this game for a fun and absurd time.

I haven't played anything quite like Alien Squatter before. While it looks very simple on the surface, there is a surprising amount of depth to be found here. There are some interesting systems in the game that I have not really seen in a game before. The writing was surprisingly good, and there were several moments where the dialogue made me laugh out loud. The game does a great job immersing you in its strange, dystopian world full of futuristic detritus and mentally ill psychos. I really gelled with the whole experience, and I'm looking forward to replaying it again.
Imagine Stardew Valley except instead of inheriting a farm you lost your job and have to live in a homeless encampment. A great little bite sized game that uses a great sense of humor to talk about a terrible situation.
