[Free-to-Play] This game is pretty fun to play, took me 40 minutes to complete in normal speed :P (with some mistakes, lmao) It is like a Visual Novel, with some maths problem involved, but the maths are pretty simple, not to worry. To get all your achievements in 1 playthrough, dont get any upgrades and just play towards the end~ Also, spam click the burger (Bit Nasty) when you have the opportunity to punch him :P It's okay to make mistakes / fail a stage, you'll be able to retry and the answers will still be in the same spot / not randomized. Ngl pretty fun for me xD Tags: [Maths] [Easy] [Casual] [Visual Novel] [Humour]
A short but sweet experience with funny dialogue, cool soundtrack, enjoyable story... And that somehow managed to make math fun. Such impressive achievement is enough reason to check this game out.

A masterpiece. Finger-shivering intensity and a plot that will replace every world religion.
March 21 2021 Not quite what I was expecting. When will part two come out? I didn't notice or find any issues/bugs while playing this game. Very enjoyable. Update April 2 2021 I finished the game again. However, I couldn't find the disk in the game that has a secret message on it. Where I thought it was I couldn't click on it. Other than that, I did find a possible bug. I thought it was odd when there were no screen shots in the community content section from other players that have played before. So I thought to post one or two. When I pressed the F12 button while in game to take a screen shot it wouldn't work. I have successfully taken screen shots of other games without issues. This may have been done intentionally to prevent cheating with the math questions. But I think it would have been better to turn it off only in the math question battles and not during the games story line. I am assuming there is a way to disable the screen shot capture in game. Update: June 7th 2021 Thank you to the Developer for getting back to me. I can take screen shots now and that hint was helpful. I found the disk! Not where I expected it. But where I found it made perfect sense why it was there. I am not sure if this is possible, but it would be nice to have math battles that are separate from the game's story line. Mini math battles with more questions with several difficulty levels. Like the math drill sheets. Going to each math battle through the story is fine when you are playing it for the first six times but after a while it is a lot of clicking to just reach those math battles. I am looking forward to part 2.
Tek oyunculu diyaloglara dayalı güzel görsel roman oyunu.
I fired this up expecting it to be something that I put down immediately, but what I found instead was one of life's silly surprises. While this is not something I would normally play, I found a bit of joy in the slight absurdity of the game. By the end, I found myself hoping that the sequel had come out. It was a bit short and the maths got a bit harder to do quickly, but overall it was a pleasant experience. The music was pretty good. If you want to play something a bit silly and different and don't mind doing quick maths, you might find enjoyment in this game.
Algebra Ridge is a family friendly/educational hybrid of visual novel and arithmetic puzzle that's been slapped together with the godawful GameMaker Studio video game construction kit from Yoyogames. Despite the "Algebra" name, the puzzles are just basic arithmetic, it's unclear why the title of the game is so misleading. The VN parts are a terribly cringey, badly written weeaboo/anime club dropout fan fiction about talking asparagus. It's bad, it's really bad. The maths puzzles are workable but somewhat pointless and not all that useful in an educational sense. Like most GameMaker Studio construction kit "games", this features lazy 2D retro pixel "art", instead of professionally done, contemporary PC graphics. Resolution is locked, there's no way to improve the mediocre visuals, which pushes this below acceptable standards for PC. This feels more like a browser/Flash game than any serious attempt at a PC game. GameMaker Studio is a very poor quality game construction kit, and unsurprisingly results in products that have little to no value as games, especially when compared to the work of professional developers who create genuine products for gamers. Just like you can't make a silk purse from a sow's ear, you can't make a good game from a completely crap game engine. Using a video game construction kit requires little to no talent or skill as a game developer. Very often, GameMaker Studio is used to make shovelware and lazy cash grabs, although in this case the game is somewhat free. Not completely free, however, as the developer expects a whopping $10 USD for the very lame soundtrack, perhaps being completely unaware that competing with free Spotify or listening to the radio is a poor business model. There's nothing of serious interest here for gamers, for the purpose of education on arithmetic and algebra, there's better free browser and mobile apps.
I could use my 10 fingers to calculate
[h1]Before I played Algebra Ridge, I had a small pp, no friends, no gf, depression, and no life. These things havent changed, but the game is pretty good[/h1]
