It happens so rare these days here on Steam.. An Indie developer who not only cares about giving us a gem of a game made from the heart, but who also gives us an extraordinary high value on it as well. Well, that's exactly what we've been gifted as gamers here on Steam with this brilliant diamond of a game from TheAmanStudios! Finding treasures like this game is so refreshing today and exactly why I do what I do on my Youtube channel! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Sa3NXRcIuRk Babyquick is adorable, the controls are fluid and responsive. The game is a joy to play and there seems to be several hours of content offered here at a very low cost! I think that anyone who enjoyed Spyro the Dragon will love this indie gem here and also that any kids age 6 to 12 will really enjoy this as well. A "Must Buy" to Spyro fans and to parents of kids as well who might enjoy games like this. MY SCORE: An Impressive 9.5 out of 10 -- HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! * Note that while this game was given to me by the developer, free games NEVER have an impact on my opinion or score of a game. Well over 100 "free keys" have made my MISS series, not my Zaxtors Indie Gold like this game here!
*UPDATE* I have had a conversation with the developer and now understand the term fuders. I had no idea it was connected to crypto and if you know the term you can figure out that the game is "telling the story of a crypto". Thank you for reaching out and helping me understand this! I did come back and try to play the game through but just couldn't make it through level 3 out of boredom. While this game is cheap (thankfully), it lacks A LOT. The game looks like its made with a bunch of cobbled Unity assets that don't tend to correspond to one singular artstyle. The gameplay is very basic with only movement, jump, and a fire breath. The fire attack has a very long cool down and will get you killed if you try to use it in a reasonable amount of time on enemies. The cool down for the fire breath is way too long and slogs the combat down. The enemies are also awful in that they can continually hit you while you're down since you have no invincibility frames after a knockdown. They can also harm you when you are loading back from a fall or death. This is NOT difficulty its poor design and this can be said about the whole game. *I have gotten to level 3 at this point and can easily say this game is not for me. In level 2 you get a double jump BUT this extra action only applies to the 2nd level. Its taken away from you as soon as you leave. Also if you don't know since its said nowhere on the Steam page, the game is connected to crypto. *I already was aware of this but I should clarify. This game is NOT part of a blockchain or NFTs etc. Its just telling the story of a crypto which is something I still feel people should be aware of. Not everyone knows fuders of even "to the moon" as crypto terms. https://southeast.newschannelnebraska.com/story/45328439/babyquick-announces-launch-of-3d-adventure-platform-game-on-steam “babyquick: Adventure of the Moon Dragon” is created by Babyquick, the next evolution of a yield-generating contract on the Polygon Chain. For those unfamiliar with Polygon, it’s an add-on layer to the Ethereum blockchain that allows developers to build interconnected networks. This allows for expansion of the Ethereum network, also extending its usefulness, security, and efficiency. New tokens and projects can take advantage of the Ethereum network with Polygon, including games. Also be aware that all proceeds from this game will be put into the babyquick crypto. https://babyquick.app/ "The game will be purchasable from Steam. All proceeds received from sales will be used to buy and burn babyquick to support the project, not only helping the token, but giving it utility as well."

엄청 재밌는 게임입니다 very good!
This Game is very good and cheap!!
wow! brings back ps1 memories with nice graphics :)
Great game and good music. i love the volcano Level!
Worth the price tag 100% recommended
Even if this game wasn't connected to crypto it's one of the worst things I've ever played. The whole thing looks cobbled together hastily, the cutscenes and voice acting are terrible, the platforming doesn't feel good at all. I got extremely bored trying to beat the first level even because I couldn't figure out how to get over to the island with the key. The game also contains a lives system, which is incredibly outdated, and when you run out guess what? You have to collect every single coin again. But I wish I knew before accepting a key to this game that it was used to promote and fund crypto. It's not very clear at all, from the description it looks like an okay-ish Spyro knockoff, but I should've known the weird lingo hid a darker secret. Let's keep crypto out of gaming, okay?
The controls work nicely and I never felt like I was struggling with them or dying as a result of slow response. The stages are enjoyable to explore, and each has a unique mechanic: in the first, you must jump on switches to create islands, in the second you must find a helmet that reveals secret platforms, in the third you can swim, and so on. They're also filled with collectibles like coins, tokens, and extra lives. However, there are certain things that should’ve been done better: - [strike]No indication for main attack: fire that comes out of your mouth needs time to recharge. Sadly, there’s no way of knowing when you can use it again. I found myself counting seconds in my head after the first attack just to be sure. The attack needs an icon or some other visual clue.[/strike] Update: the latest patch added an icon on the right side which shows when you can attack again. This improves the game and makes it easier. - Fighting: due to complete lack of brief invincibility when hit, you’re looking at certain death when an enemy traps you in a corner or rushes straight at you. Being stuck in a damage loop is no fun. You're also constantly pushed back, which doesn't seem like a big deal unless you're right on the edge. And because the stages contain small islands with nothing between them, you're always on the edge. If you fall in, you will lose your life. You'll have to restart from the beginning if you lose all of your lives. - The hub: you choose stages in the main hub in a linear fashion. Each stage is on a floating island that must be unlocked by collecting a certain amount of tokens. This is not an issue. What’s a weird design choice is that you always start on the first island and have to walk to the next stage that might be five islands away. Some smaller issues that fit in the personal preference are missing subtitles in the intro where the character speaks in a barely-understandable voice - non-English speakers will have a hard time following what’s going on - and brightness. It looks fine/normal during cutscenes that introduce the level, but as soon as you start playing it, everything becomes dark. This becomes more noticeable in the second level that takes place in a dark cave. Depending on your interest in finding all of the items, the game can be completed in 3-4 hours. Since there are no achievements, you’ll be doing it for your own satisfaction.
