ABI-DOS: The Ultimate Automation Puzzle Challenge.
In ABI-DOS, you build circuits to manipulate and guide UBITS (colored digital blocks) toward specific goals based on the given documentation. By strategically placing wires and instruction blocks on a microchip, you manipulate inputs to achieve desired outputs—whether it’s fixing corrupted files, recovering damaged .png images, or simulating particle trajectories. ABI-DOS challenges you to meet strict specifications through inventive problem-solving.

No programming experience is required, as everything is explained in-game. The focus is on assembling logical solutions within space and operational constraints rather than on real-world programming concepts.
The puzzles are challenging and offer no predetermined solutions, allowing for multiple approaches. Each level starts with a blank canvas, giving you the freedom to create your own unique solution from scratch.
You are encouraged to optimize your algorithms, fostering creative exploration and friendly competition as you compare solutions with friends and on global leaderboards.

With over 50 puzzles and more than 50 hours of gameplay, ABI-DOS offers extensive content for players to delve into.
The work is overseen by the system's Admin, a mysterious figure who is not what he seems. Set in a retro-punk world, this enigmatic presence adds an extra layer of intrigue as you uncover the deeper mysteries of the system.
Drawing inspiration from Zach-like games, ABI-DOS pays homage to its predecessors while offering a fresh perspective on the assembly puzzle genre.

very enjoyable automation game, scratches the same itch as opus magnum for me highly recommend
The game is awesome, but there is one grave detail which makes it unrecommendable. There is no easy way to look up what your tools do. Some are explained in the mission text, but some are just appearing there without much to say. Then you have to test them yourself wasting your time on that rather than on the puzzle. Edit. If you do have the same problem as I, try disabling and then enabling tooltips via the "?" button to the right of the toolbox.
Worth playing if youve got a mind for either computer science or related topics, you will forget everything about this game after a week of not playing and you will be confused when you replay this game, trust me, guides are necessary to catch back up to speed or with some levels to help with ambiguity but otherwise fantastic without any extra stuff, runs fine
不会汉化的可以留言加我好友,我给你一份我的ttf和ini,直接替换就好(部分格式错误可忽略不计) 引用部分我发在官方dc上的话:“this game might be more educational, especially in terms of building logical thinking. players in China, far across the ocean, also enjoy it, and it offers considerable playability and depth. Although I've only played two Zachlike games—Opus and Shenzhen—I find Abidos is no less impressive than these two classics. Perhaps its only drawback is that too few people are playing it, so I can only exchange insights with my good friend who also loves Zach (the one mentioned above). china's payment system does not support PayPal, and I haven't applied for a foreign bank card. although I can't make a donation to the author, I with my friend would carefully study the depth of this game as a way to express my respect.👍”
It's a free game so in that respect it's good, but.. there are just better games out there in the same genre. But the biggest problem is that it tries to do way way way too much. The reason games from Zachtronics are so good is that they give you extremely basic components, and it's more about the simplicity or the solution. The elegance of finding a cool solve. Here, it's more about tedious wiring, bordering on Minecraft redstone type solutions.
Итог: ABI‑DOS понравится любителям логических задач, автоматизации и «Zach‑like»‑игр (Shenzhen I/O, SpaceChem).
