A Walk With Yiayia

Aventure narrative en pixel art, avec quelques variation de gameplay (no spoil ^^). La durée de vie est courte (1h) mais suffisante pour dérouler l'histoire de cette grand mère grecque, petit à petit. La force du jeu, en noir et blanc, vient des dialogues qui sonnent juste, avec ni trop ni trop peu d'émotions. A faire sans hésitation pour les amateurs de ce genre, un après midi pluvieux pour chiller :)

This game has clearly had a lot of love put into it. The interactions you can have are really sweet, and the story overall is very simple but cute. Some of the flashbacks or minigames (not sure if that's the right word) are a little difficult to control, but because I know this wasn't made by a big group of people, I don't think it detracts anything from the game. This was so clearly a labor of love and I'm really glad other people are enjoying it, too. This game deserves it.

A Walk With Yiayia is a warm little story about appreciating and making peace with the past and present. Whether you are blessed to still have your parents or grandparents or not, I think this game’s story offers something worth experiencing.

7/10 1 hour long. The original price is ridiculous, wait for a sale.

Una cortita y emotiva historia sobre cómo aprender a escuchar a nuestros mayores, que aunque parezca que no, tienen mucho que enseñarnos. Si tenéis abuelos/padres/madres, llamadlos, tomad un café y chalar con ellos cuanto podáis.

What an adorable. lovely, sentimental, and great game! It is a quick one, but boy, do I wish more games like this existed. You can tell this game was made with so much love and care and it really hits you in the feels. Most people would not consider this a masterpiece. I do! Thank you for going on a walk with me, yiayia!

A short, calming, and relaxing game where you go on a walk with your grandmother. It has some sweet introspective dialogues on her life as you talk with her to learn about her time growing up. I think it was a good game and I did enjoy it myself, but I know the price can be off putting to most as well, but I can still recommend it.

Sweet, Wholesome, and delightful! This short game made me think of my own grandmother, and I miss here terribly. Loved the entire experience!
