A Violent Revelry

More annoying than fun. There are so many annoying quirks in this game just designed to piss the player off. The animation is also ugly and choppy, I have no idea why the character stutters like it was a spastic and the combat is as fun as trying to throw a feather.

Do you like random tripping in smash bros? No? Too bad, now you trip every 10 seconds! Sometimes for mechanical reasons, sometimes just randomly! ♥♥♥♥ you consumer!

FIRST off. huge fan of celebration of Violence. But dying and spawning without a weapon makes the game a walking simulator, but even more boring. Am i missing something here? I died and dropped my weapon, and never found another weapon. WTF. Tried using fist, and died horrible (impossible to continue without a weapon. And the 3 strike rule is also BS. hopefully they fix the problems because there is a good game to be found here. IDK What they were thinking

combat and weapon making is so fun, and the other 70% of the game you're forced to endure is slow, hard, and purposely obtuse. if they made a pure arena combat mode and just threw resources at you between each round, this game would be much better.

好玩，但内容太少了

This game is really cool. It is an open world RPG where you struggle to get to the top. You find items to gain favor with the gods, steal armor and weapons, raid libraries to find spell recipes and do alchemy. Early on it is important to skip fights that are too hard and not make everybody your enemy. Combat is really fun and well thought out. The very best part of this game though may be its potential. With such a good foundation the game is well on its way to being superb. My experience just starting the game though was miserable, I had no idea how to level up. At the time of writing this there are no different builds or playstyles in the game, your character just levels up every skill evenly. In the end your character is a master of every skill, which is a bit boring. There is also no meaningful choice to be had and no reason to replay the game because you've already mastered everything. I think this issue will be resolved in time though.
