The game is short but accurately portrays grief. A bonus is the Asian heritage which sets the story. Loved the music and the art as well ❤️
super 👏🏻👏🏻
This game is so well-written that it made me cry. I deeply resonates with Mei, especially on how she delt with her grieving her mom, especially when she said that she's a kid too yet she has to take care of others too. I would recommend this game, 100/10!

I remember going through the same stage as Mei, where she felt like she wasn't given enough love and attention by the people who loved her. Appreciation or even realization of the things that are not quite noticeable is somehow underrated. Love is everywhere if we choose to stop and look around once in a while. Love is everywhere, even in cold noodles.
可以算是对国人的刻板印象了,从角色名字到长寿面,总感觉哪里看哪里怪。而且这不能算是一个游戏。
free and good art
Such a sweet and wholesome game ❤️
Taste of the Past is a very emotional game. The soundtrack is simple and calm, but it really helps you feel the atmosphere and understand what the game is trying to show. While playing, we go through different moments that make us think about our own lives. It makes us remember people who are no longer here, and also think about the struggles they had that we maybe never understood. The game also talks about grief, learning how to deal with loss, and trying to heal. It doesn’t force anything, it just makes you feel and reflect. The art style is very beautiful and different. You can feel that there is something personal in it, like the creator put their own experiences into the game. In the end, it’s a simple game, but with a strong message that makes you think and feel.
Such a charming game. I heard the maker of this game on an interview on CBC radio and wanted to try it. Very beautiful.
Beautiful short story.
